Great old school motel, remodeled with fun retro touches. Free movie style popcorn in the lobby, moon pies on your pillow. Bright colors, mid century modern furniture. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great location! Walk to everything in Historic district. Best prices for a stay in Savannah. Amazing value for your money, We will be back,

Pros (+) Bed comfort
Cons (-) I searched for hotel with free parking and thunderbird came up. But they charged 15 dollars per day and said it’s my own fault for not reading the fine print. True but I feel like they are abusing the system by tagging it as free parking and then actually charging.

Pros (+) Donuts were phenomenal and so was the popcorn!
Cons (-) Sound-proofing rooms and making sure the doors reduce noise pollution, that might have disturbed other guests with different schedules.

Pros (+) Very friendly & helpful staff. Good coffee & Krispy Kreme doughnuts in lobby. Fun decor. Comfy beds with clean bedding. Recycling bin in room.
Cons (-) Thin walls- could hear street & neighbors. Too bright at night- needs darkening shades. Motion sensor in bathroom loud & annoying. Had to pay $7.50 a night to park in hotel's narrow parking spaces.

Cons (-) The bathroom was comically small. Prepare yourself. I also didn't find the staff to be particularly helpful or friendly. On top of that, they were discussing work drama while we were trying to check in- highly unprofessional. I might as well have not been standing there for all the attention they gave me.
