Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it ideal for sightseeing and city access. The restaurant, especially the gourmet options, receives high marks for quality and service. However, many guests report significant challenges with parking, including tight spaces and complicated access, as well as issues with service, particularly unfriendly or unhelpful staff at reception. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some rooms noted as needing improvement. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its atmosphere and location, but service and parking detract from the experience.
