10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Beds super comfortable. Gorgeous resort. Luxurious all around
Cons:At one point my 9 year old cut his toe at the pool and when I asked for bandaid and first aid, instead of bringing it to me, I was told to go up to the hotel and ask for it - a good 5 min walk. Leaving my 9 year old bleeding - instructing him to hold pressure as the nail was avulsed, and instructing him to watch the 4 year old to not go near the pool since I had to leave them unattended. Any other 5 star resort would have immediately had me stay with the child as they either sent for someone or radio to someone to bring supplies. Ofcourse this probably just had to do with the very young staff that I spoke with. But, all staff should be appropriately trained at resorts such as this one.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Well thought out facility, furnishings and amenities, with guest comfort being a top priority. The breathtaking scenery and we'll maintained golf course complements the resort. Most importantly is the attitude of the staff; everything is done with a genuine smile.

A
6.5 Okay
Pros:Bed, linens, view, city location, air conditioning, large rooms
Cons:Dirty carpet, furniture, and rug. Housekeeping ignored hotel policy of bottled water, chocolates, and turndown service. Women wearing skimpy bikinis in the lobby and elevators with no coverups - Such a DISAPPOINTMENT from six years ago when this resort was the utimate getaway!!
M
7.7 Good
Pros:The food here is amazing. All the food in old town was amazing as well. We ate at the pool two days and it was gormet delishious! We also ate breakfast in the resturant down stairs and it was also fantastic. Pricey but very good.
Cons:Hotel is beautiful when you walk in and is a really nice place to stay but is very dated. The pool and the rooms need updated to make this hotel worth the money.
