The rooms were great! Service wonderful! Restaurant downstairs awesome breakfast!
Very nice hotel with unique upgrades in the room. Attention to detail is spot on.
I understand they have to put a hold on the credit card- but when we went to check out and change cards they over charged me. So I have 3x charges on 2 different credit cards hoping that some of it will be returned to my account in the next week or so. The manager was nice and apologized for the fact that I was over charged. Unfortunately I can only keep my fingers crossed.
Location is great. Had breakfast at the restaurant which was ok. It was very busy and understaffed so service was slow not at the fault of the servers as they were very apologetic and did their best. We also requested extra towels and it took an hour to receive them. Had to call twice. The room was nice but no coffee in the room which for the price was not great! Beds were comfy. Overall would not stay there again as the value for money was not on par.
For the cost of the rooms, there should be coffee makers in the rooms. The conceriege didn't really have great ideas for restaurants
The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room/hotel was clean and modern.
Construction behind the hotel that is very noisy if you are staying in a room that is at the back of the hotel.
The bathroom is everything you could wish for with an amazing tub that can easily fit a 6ft 2in man. The room itself has a very cute sitting area and the bed is super comfortable.
Even though the hotel was beautiful in its esthetic and super comfortable, we had several problems during our stay. We were never notified that our room was ready, our bags took an hour to be brought up to our room (after I called down to ask what was taken so long). Once settled in, we decided to order room service. The room service menu is very limited, but we went with it. We worded a cheese plate, one salmon entree, a can of coke, and 2 sides of mashed potatoes and was told our total was going to be $73. Once our food was delivered and I was given the final bill, Our food was $10 more at $83 and was riddled with fees totaling $131. Almost doubled because of all the hidden fees. I travel monthly for work and have never seen so many fees and taxes on a room service meal. That single bill ruined our entire trip.
