Good 6.0
Pros: The location
Cons: Hidden fees
Good 7.9
Pros: Location was really good. Could walk to Pike Street and Pioneer Square. A short Uber ride to ferry terminal and space needle.
Cons: View from room was of an active construction site.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved the quality and location, and staff
Cons: adjacent to building under construction and no upgrades available
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very quiet. Great room
Cons: All good
Good 6.7
Pros: Pillows were good. Bed a little too firm.
Cons: I was absolutely horrified to be woke up early in the morning to Construction work being done outside our room. I would have never booked a room with construction being done outside the room. I wish there would have been more honestly about the room I was booking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were great! Service wonderful! Restaurant downstairs awesome breakfast!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I was upgraded to a very large room with huge bathroom. Extremely comfortable. Loved the location. Easy walk to restaurants, water, Pike Place Market, etc.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The bathroom is everything you could wish for with an amazing tub that can easily fit a 6ft 2in man. The room itself has a very cute sitting area and the bed is super comfortable.
Cons: Even though the hotel was beautiful in its esthetic and super comfortable, we had several problems during our stay. We were never notified that our room was ready, our bags took an hour to be brought up to our room (after I called down to ask what was taken so long). Once settled in, we decided to order room service. The room service menu is very limited, but we went with it. We worded a cheese plate, one salmon entree, a can of coke, and 2 sides of mashed potatoes and was told our total was going to be $73. Once our food was delivered and I was given the final bill, Our food was $10 more at $83 and was riddled with fees totaling $131. Almost doubled because of all the hidden fees. I travel monthly for work and have never seen so many fees and taxes on a room service meal. That single bill ruined our entire trip.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location is great. Had breakfast at the restaurant which was ok. It was very busy and understaffed so service was slow not at the fault of the servers as they were very apologetic and did their best. We also requested extra towels and it took an hour to receive them. Had to call twice. The room was nice but no coffee in the room which for the price was not great! Beds were comfy. Overall would not stay there again as the value for money was not on par.
Cons: For the cost of the rooms, there should be coffee makers in the rooms. The conceriege didn't really have great ideas for restaurants
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, and beautifully decorated!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room/hotel was clean and modern.
Cons: Construction behind the hotel that is very noisy if you are staying in a room that is at the back of the hotel.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very nice hotel with unique upgrades in the room. Attention to detail is spot on.
Cons: I understand they have to put a hold on the credit card- but when we went to check out and change cards they over charged me. So I have 3x charges on 2 different credit cards hoping that some of it will be returned to my account in the next week or so. The manager was nice and apologized for the fact that I was over charged. Unfortunately I can only keep my fingers crossed.
Good 7.6
Pros: Everything. Food was great. Staff was very helpful
Cons: None
Good 7.3
Pros: Great staff and great amenities, but the service stands out above all else.
Cons: Hotel restaurant menu was a bit thin and hotel overall was pricey.
Good 7.2
Pros: I enjoyed the room! The resterant was splended aswell. The bathroom was amazing! I never take bath, but I jus had to at hotel 1000, the tub was huge! I would totally stay again
Cons: The only thing I did not like about the hotel was how confusing the payment was... but everything else was perfect!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Well located downtown. Well designed. Great staff and good coffee and champagne in the lobby. Lovely rooms. Tubs fill from ceiling which is a little silly and splashes on the floor. Minor complaint for a lovely hotel,
Good 7.6
Pros: Convenient location. Well appointed room. Excellent staff.
Good 7.2
Pros: Helpful friendly staff, stylish modern furnishing and lighting in room, safety deposit box in room, good size tv (with CNN), good bed, good food in restaurant.
Cons: nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: view of Elliott Bay
Cons: Room too small; bathtub too small for two people.
Good 7.6
Pros: Privacy and the staff
Cons: The noise from Construction
Excellent 8.0

Pros: Really cool bar and history staff rude and lazy
Cons: Staff rude and lazy don't ask them to do their job not up to Hilton standards
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great character and history. Love the Alaskan elements. It was not your standard chain hotel.
Cons: The location was a bit shady at night. Close to metro stop, but not much open near by on weekend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling
Cons: No pool/jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was charming and wonderful!!! The history surrounding it is fascinating! The staff was so very good. We had a group of 8 and they took such good care of us!! Loved it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved everything about the Arctic Club, including but not limited to the facility itself, the entire staff, the flavored fruit water and welcome hot cookies! Thanks a lot!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed and excellent bar service.
Cons: A free shuttle to the cruise line should be offered. On the site advertising the hotel, the distance from the hotel to the ship states 3/10 of a mile. It appears to be walkable, but because of the hills and uneven streets, walking is not doable with luggage. For this reason, staying at the Marriott would have been a better choice because it’s right across the street from the loading dock.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The reception staff were excellent, very helpful in a wonderful historic building. The man on the reception was also dressed to suit the date on the property. Very obliging and smiling.
Cons: The rooms were a little tired and dark. Unfortunately the location was near the station with lists on homeless people making the walk back to the hotel very unsafe. I’m one restaurant off university street the very nice waiter insisted on booking a taxi as didn’t want us to walk back. The hotel barman was also rude and ignored us so we walked out. Very sad and wouldn’t stay there again.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great location
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The Arctic club is located in a beautiful building and is decorated in an Edwardian style to a very a high standard. This is a premium establishment and sits squarely in the cost bracket for such a hotel. We were kindly upgraded for our honeymoon which we very much appreciated and received a pleasant balcony room on the 10th floor. The room was a very good size with a luxurious bathroom in addition. Mini-bar and extras were available and priced accordingly. The staff were intensely helpful and no request was too much.
Cons: No complaints on the property. Just be aware that on a Sunday morning your breakfast choices will be the somewhat costly bar/restaurant on the first floor, joining an enormous queue at a place dedicated to selling biscuits (scones), or traipsing uptown to find anywhere open. Not a complaint just something to prepare for in advance.
Good 7.9
Pros: The history of the building was fascinating and characterful.
Cons: The room was on the small side, particularly for travellers with large luggage. There was no bath in the room.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Room design and views. Very clean and comfortable beds. Responsive staff to needs. Mini fri plus Wifi. Great location. Quiet. Nice restaurant and gym.
Cons: Cost of parking per night $49 US. Expensive.
Good 7.9
Pros: Beautiful older club atmosphere.
Cons: Front steps are a hazard and I fell down trying to navigate them.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Friendly staff, great pool and hot tub, amazing shuttle service. Walking distance to Pioneer Square, Pike's Market, Century Link, T-Mobile Park. Shuttle took us back and forth from the Space Needle/MoPOP.
Cons: Not knowing that our full size truck was considered an "Oversized vehicle" for the valet parking.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We live locally but chose to stay a couple nights for our anniversary. My wife had seen an advertisement for the rooftop pool and images of the in suite spa tub with rose petals on the bed and around the spa tub. She talked about staying there until it was booked! The staff was very helpful and arranged for champagne, rose petals and a nicely arranged room during our visit to the rooftop pool. We will be booking this for our daughters anniversary and will stay again ourselves. Thanks for the excellent time and service!
Cons: Needing the room key to access everything constantly was a challenge. When trying to carry things and the requirement to use a key card to use the elevator in a quick fashion was difficult. I understand the need for it, but perhaps a proximity sensor instead of inserting the card quickly in and out and then pushing the button to access your floor would make the experience less frustrating?
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Bed comfy quiet room nice location
Cons: Paint on ceiling above bed was bubbling up the cost of the room was ridiculously high but everything in Seattle was
Good 7.5
Pros: We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and it was not good for the price.
Cons: The food.
Excellent 10.0

Cons: Front desk could have explained the operation of the elevator.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: great everything was good for my first time
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel is nice and clean.
Cons: The whole point was a seamless game day experience. Having to find somewhere else to park during the game negates the reason for staying here to begin with.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location was great for our planned activities
Cons: restaurant service was spotty
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Shutttle service, great accomodating staff, location to sites
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I like that they had a shuttle to several Seattle destinations. Also a laundry on the premises. Little touches such as candies and water in the lobby are appreciated. Front desk person was great. Good management and staff of hotel.
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is Excellent!!!
Cons: Parking prices above 50 dollars a night were unexpected
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant and very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was not even close to Pike Place Market, it was directly across from the T-mobile stadium and train tracks. Too noisy. Good thing their wasn’t a ball game going on! Some horn was going off every couple of hours waking me up. Would not

Pros: Location
Cons: Old and rooms small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was small but well laid out and nice. Hotel was right in the middle of downtown and was an easy walk to the train station the next day. It was also a well kept historic building. Very good value.
Cons: The view from our room was the alley. So in the morning the garbage trucks came by. A little noise but tolerable. Other than that I can't think of anything I did not like. Great value anyway you look at it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed very comfortable breakfast good

Good 7.5
Pros: Great Location. Parking was included.
Cons: If you have a car it is a little complex and time consuming to park. The air conditioner pointed straight down on the bed so it was not comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That I was greeted by mr. Henry yesler himself I'm selfish photo it was a fabulous beautiful old world stepping back in time Vintage Hotel classic classic Beauty.
Cons: I'm going to get right to the point there's a mistake in the date on my booking so the man at the front desk with the kind of balding hair and all sarcastic he said he change a date for me he didn't change the date to change the freaking price doubled it

Excellent 9.6
Pros: I never felt like I was at a major busy hotel. I felt comfortable and I really liked that I can come in and out without “going through “ lobby desk. The set up of the entrance is something that made my stay feel confortable.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and well taken care of
Cons: Room was a little small
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Pullout sofa bed was so comfortable!
Okay 5.4
Cons: Pool was not available during our stay. We booked for a hotel with a pool and that was disappointing. No parking.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The bed was amazing. We were on the second floor so the view was not there, but we had a great time and it was easy to walk everywhere.
Cons: You need a breakfast/brunch type of buffet. Could not find the ice machine.
Good 7.5
Pros: Location and crew very kind they answered all my questions
Cons: Transportation
Good 7.5
Pros: Location
Cons: The neighborhood is not safe, particularly late at night
Good 6.7
Pros: Good location
Cons: Noisy hallways and lots of noise from alley outside our room. Staff failed to make up sleeper sofa.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - Great, big room with a view - brandnew - modern but cozy
Cons: - breakfast options weren’t really great, first 2 days closes due to technical problems and then well not that tasty but expensive
Good 7.1
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: The location unfortunately wasn’t good. The proximity to the homeless shelter did not make it safe in the daytime let alone evening.

Pros: It was clean, always had a spot to park, great location.
Good 7.1
Pros: We'd stayed once before, the location was desirable for visiting local friends.
Cons: Hubby wasn't a fan that every single room is pet-friendly, would've preferred to stay within a block of rooms that haven't been used by animals in the past. It's not in his DNA.

Pros: Clean
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately we stayed on the night of the 8th. The lights did come back on shortly after 10 p.m. the office did give us a flashlight though.
Good 7.5

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Side lane where rubbish bins are kept attracted homeless people digging through bins late at night and noisy garbage trucks collecting bins in the very early hours of the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet atmosphere and simple process to check in
Good 7.5
Pros: Basic style Hostel, good location.
Cons: Grumpy check-in person
Good 6.7
Pros: Area is very central and not far from the waterfront
Cons: breakfast was very poor and can be easily improved
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: More comfortable mattresses
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast was good for hostel standards. Staff was very friendly and nice
Cons: It is a standard hostel, so nothing really surprising and bad.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location was awesome, right next to the link light rail as well as a bus hub into Seattle proper and the International district is great. Had a nearby huge supermarket,Uwajimaya with great variety of products and prepared meals if you need them.
Cons: The bathrooms could use some work. I certainly didn't trust the floor, and the paper towel dispenser was broken most of the time, and the water control is a bit unintuitive.
Good 7.9
Pros: + Sightseeing-Suggestions + enough Communityromms + big locker
Cons: - less bathrooms - beds
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good location. Walking distance to train, bus, and underground transit. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Rooms were on the small side, lacked ventilation. Small fan over bed was noisy. May not be very comfortable during warm nites.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Comfy bed, helpful staff, great location in Chinatown, clean amenities
Good 7.5
Cons: Lacks atmosphere , but that’s not entirely the fault of the hostel.
Okay 5.8
Pros: 1.free shalter bus stop just in front of d hostel. 2.near to Amtrak station, 3-8 minutes walk depending how fast your speed.
Cons: Requested lower bunk bed while i made online booking & hostel gave me as i requested when i check in. however, my lower bunk bed was occupied by somebody prior my check in, as usual, hostel change to another room for me with lower bunk bed which im satisfied. But then, my locker was occupied or locked by somebody, this time d hostel staff said i can use other locker, its not necessary hv to d same number of bed & locker.....(i doubt that hostel will take action against those who didnt follow d house rules, and in fact its not d hostel fault, however its made me go down to front desk twice & seems like im d troublemaker..)

Good 6.0
Pros: The Panama Hotel is truly a living museum that tells the story of the first Japanese American immigrants to the United States. Talking to the owner, I was impressed with her knowledge of Japanese American history and her desire to educate future generations
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good price, close to rail and bus system. Good price compared to the other hotels in Seattle. I traveled alone for business, so it was a good choice for me to stay here. However, I would not recommend for anyone other than solo travelers on business.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was quiet. Clean. Close to the track. Like stepping back in time before all the distractions of modern life.
Cons: No tv. Internet. A/c. The price was lower than other places in the area but way to high without having any modern amenities to offer. Also don’t care for sharing a restroom or shower with the floor. But I’m simple. I can do without.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No bathrooms in room. No tv. No amenities. No clean sheets. Internet service was lacking. No elevator.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cool place, I like these folks
Cons: Maybe change the bed frames
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff is very helpful, great complimentary breakfast. It's a historical building with a lot history behind. Like living in a museum...
Cons: The restrooms are one per floor, each room has a sink only. The hotel has an air of an old building.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Pretty, historic 1910 building, with lots of history and character, most of what you see is no newer than 1950s. Leather stairs, ancient wooden railings, feels like walking back in time. Nice staff, good breakfast. Interesting art and stories. Natural light, eco-conscious. Interesting location (edge of China town, walking distance to Pike place, surrounded by excellent Japanese food).
Cons: Price: given the low level of maintenance, it would have been a perfect place to crash for about half the price (which I've heard is about what it was 10 years ago). After tax, I paid just over $100 for a single room; totally appropriate for the region, but...If they're going to keep the current price, they should have enough money to fix up the basics. Here's my list of things I'd want fixed: 1. Shared bathroom doors should close and stay closed, as should the stalls. Locks on said doors would also be a good idea. 2. Carpet shouldn't block the door to a room when opening. 3. Do not use bungee cords to hold together the otherwise beautiful antique furniture. Likewise with the particle board. They can afford to do it right. 4. Better wifi coverage and reasonable speed. 5. Repaint dirty walls. I think you get the idea: the gorgeous, well-loved historical building deserves much better care, and so do the guests. I really hope that the owner, who seems to be a lovely person, takes this kind feedback to heart. A little attention to the basic details would go a long way to helping this place live up to its potential.
Okay 4.2
Pros: I liked that the proprietor loves her property and is proud of it. I love the history of the property and the antique furniture all around. The staff is very friendly at the hotel. The tea room is very interesting to look at and the tea selection is amazing. They have complimentary bottled water available and reliable, free wifi. Easy walk from Centurylink Field.
Cons: The hotel only has double beds, our room only had one two-pronged outlet (the hotel did loan us an adapter so I could plug laptop in), you can't get coffee on location before 8:00 am, and if you get more than one beverage with your "continental breakfast" at the tea room they charge you, (even if one of you didn't eat), there was a fire detector that needed a new battery that beeped all night, the key to the ladies bathroom was very very "tricky" and someone kept closing it (owner told me to leave it open so I wouldn't have to mess with key), the water that filled the tub was brown, the bed was so small and bouncy that I almost fell off twice, and the room had a radiator heater that doesn't warm up until morning, then sweats you out of your room. I didn't mind the stairs, but some might mind the two tall flights up to the lobby, then one more to our second room floor (basically, our second floor room was equivalent of fourth floor with no elevator.) This is at the most, a $70 a night hotel in any other city, but I guess the location helps? Keep vigilent if you walk around Chinatown at night. Fun and interesting, but you have to stay aware of your surroundings.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: it was cozy and very close to where i had to go.
Cons: that i had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom.

Pros: got up too late but I heard its ok
Cons: ALOT- the rooms are gross, I honestly did not want to stay there but my girlfriend is too cheap to get another room. I didn't want to touch the walls or even take a shower. no no no, never again.
Okay 4.6
Pros: breakfast is so so, locationnis good.
Cons: bathroom i too small, only 3x3'. Also broken seat, and dirty , needs repair.
Okay 4.6
Cons: We had absolutely no hot water. Per my husband, the front desk person was rude n really didn't seem to care. They said it would be awhile to get someone to come fix it. Finally offered us another room, to shower. By then we were dressed, packed n ready to go. Compensation...$10 off the room...really??? We could tell she really didn't even want offer that. There were only about 2 outlets that worked. Had to unplug the microwave just to charge my phone, then unplug my phone to plug in my curling iron. Coffee cups were very small :(
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Okay 4.2
Pros: It was close to the stadium that we were going to for a football game
Cons: The staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was only from 6 to 8 and they won’t help if you needed it. Was changed 50$ for a deposit I was told I would get back and didn’t because there was washable face paint on one hand towel.
Okay 4.2
Pros: Bed comfy. Had refri and micro. Easy access to downtown
Cons: No in room coffee machine and noisy air conditioner. Room stale smell. Pillows too thick. No fresh fruit or eggs at breakfast. No options for diabetics. Bathroom window had no covering
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Was amazing location for needing to walk to swordsquatch.
Cons: The bathrooms were tiny.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Free parking
Cons: The stains on the furniture. The visible dirt.
Good 6.3
Pros: The rooms were clean, all amenities were in working order, prices were reasonable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The people who worked here are all super friendly. This place was close to everything. They have amazing AC in the room.
Cons: The blankets got extra hot at night, even the sheet is really thick.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is convenient to lots of stuff like pike's place(12 min by car). Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but, not really that bad. Food nearby is great. Price wise it's a steal.
Cons: The bed was crazy old school soft. It's an older place with little updating so lots to be desired but, for the price it's to be expected. The shower is crazy short with a nook bench that I suppose you should sit on to shower but, again. Price is unbeatable.
Okay 4.6
Pros: Employees were kind
Cons: Towels/bed sheets were dirty

Poor 1.0
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: No shuttle as advertised, blood on sheets, bugs all over room, you can see put into the hall from the door of your room, tub was dirty, holes in walls, paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Very bad neighborhood.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Front desk people were nice and helpful.
Cons: The website state that the hotel has airport pick-up service and listed in the airport. When we made call to ask pick-up, we were told no airport shuttle bus. We could not cancel the reservation due to after 9:00 PM. Another traveler had the same issue.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: That's is actually a hard question to answer
Cons: I didn't like that the room wasn't secure the locking latch on the window was broken off completely so anyone could've climbed through the window and did something while I slept , the tv didn't work the staff acted as if they had issues with me and the room was dirty to take the cake I found used foil and lighter's in the bottom drawer of the night stand that someone previous used to smoke heroin on and hospital wrist bands totally disgusting place
Okay 5.4
Pros: The bed and pillows was decently comfortable.
Cons: The fitness room needs a lot of work. I didn’t like having to walk through the parking garage to get there. It was small, very dirty, and the water dispenser tasted like it hasn’t been changed in a long time. Also, I could hear everything that was happening in my neighbors room.
Mediocre 3.3
Cons: The room was dirty and in disrepair. The facility needs to be renovated. There was no free airport shuttle even though it was advertised in the hotel website
Good 6.3
Pros: Proximity to the airport and trains
Cons: Wifi was bad
Okay 4.2
Pros: NA
Cons: First room was dirty. Clothing from prior people was still in the room, hidden between the bed and the Ottoman. The TV remote was missing and when we asked to get one, it never came. The refrigerator did not work. We asked to be moved and were given a different room. It was a bit better but still not what I expected from a Ramada hotel. We would have left except for the nonrefundable cost.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was good
Cons: Beds of two rooms I tried checking into were not made and rooms not cleaned. Door to one room barely opened.

Pros: The air conditioner
Cons: Most everything else
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Well why is there the say. You get what you pay for. This hotel is extremely aged and needs a remodel in a big way. Can't beat the distance to the airport as it was only a five minute drive from hotel to airport. The staff was very kind and courteous.
Cons: Flooring is old and dirty. Didn't want to go barefoot in the room. Decided to keep socks on at all times and then threw them away where arrived home. Shuttle bus van driver was too aggressive with driving. Felt like he was practicing for NASCAR.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Room clean but very old... Not a great neighborhood
Cons: Bad neighborhood and very old hotel
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff and driver.
Cons: When answering the phone, please answer with the name of the hotel! Not just "hello". It was very confusing.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bed
Cons: Forgot my wake up call and remote didn't work.
Good 6.0
Pros: The 24 hour airport shuttle
Cons: The curtains and bedspreads were old and well-used. I didn't want to take a shower because I was disgusted by the linen, towels, and shower stall. The soap and shampoo/conditioner were poor quality and too small for 2 people in the room
Good 6.0

Excellent 8.5
Pros: the guy at the front desk

Poor 1.0
Cons: The place is disgusting. Hole place need to be remodeled. Torn carpet with duck tape. I was afraid to even touch anything
Poor 1.0
Pros: Once I discovered I was charged 2x for my stay. I called the front Knights Inn & spoke with hotel employee who agreed it was a error and quickly said she would take care of the extra charge and refund my credit card.
Cons: There were bugs crawling on the walls. Sugar ants infestation which required a call to front desk to come and spray. Only able to watch one channel on t.v. also discovered I was charged twice for my stay. BAD!!!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Everything was fine
Okay 4.2
Pros: It was walking distance to the convience store.
Cons: Room carpet chair blinds filthy and tub. The chair looks clean in photo because of lighting but it was black and the carpet. They may have been clean but so old it looks like they didn't change any thing in over twenty years. I was scared to sit in chair. If your tall you might not be able to sit on toilet because sink is right in front. Sheets looked clean bed was comfortable but daughter found a bug in her bed. We slept on top of covers in our clothes. I touched the blinds and you can feel the dirt caked up on them. I only slept for about 4 hours, it was really late when I got in like 2:30am.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Cons: How long I had to wait to be picked up at the airport.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Worst stay. I have stayed in a vast range of hotels from low end to high end. The minimum expectation is the room is clean. I booked this room as the price was fair (however far from cheap, still over $200). I had one request that I did not have a connecting door in my room, and understand this is based on availability, however there was a room available with no connecting doors. I know this because my friends also staying in the hotel had requested a room change because their room was dirty and were moved to a new available room that had no connecting door. This leads me to believe special requests are not reviewed. The first reaction going into the room is it smelt wet and dirty. There was no duvet cover, just the duvet that had multiple blood stains on it. We pulled back the duvet only to hair in the sheets and more stains. The bathroom was disgusting. There was greenish yellow drips on the wall, floors dirty, hair all over baseboards, a shower rod falling from the wall, moldy ceiling and tiles, a curtain that was filthy and probably never changed, multiple holes in the door and the list goes on. I showered in flip flops. On check out I brought up my concerns and asked if this is a room they would sleep in at which point she said no, and was told they couldn't do anything I had to contact the GM. I did so Saturday morning before I checked out with attached photos via email as this is the only way of contact. It's now Monday and I have still not heard anything. My friends room was just as bad, they brought in their own pillows and blanket and refused to shower. We paid more further out of town and left immediately.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: This is definitely a budget hotel that is in need of an upgrade especially the carpet. I knew it would not be great due to the reviews but Seattle is an expensive area.
Cons: The place looked so run down.
Good 7.5
Pros: It was close to sea-tac airport for the beginning of our Adventures app
Cons: N/A
Good 6.7
Pros: The location very close to the airport
Cons: Mattress to soft need change
Good 7.1
Pros: Spacious room & comfortable bed.
Cons: Bathroom door opened wrong way!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor service, lady at desk very rude. Room dirty & in need of repair. Worst place I ever stayed. I don't recommend anyone stay there.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Left at 5 am so didnt get breakfast. The bed was great and very big, lived it.
Cons: The bedspread
