Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was one of the best stays we've had ! Everything was well thought out, from the theme and decor to the little touches, like the lobby pineapple cookies and cold refreshing pineapple water, to the lovely tropical smelling soap in the dispensers. And the beds!! The beds were clouds. I fell asleep so fast and woke up each morning feeling so surprised at how good I slept. The staff were tops, it felt like they really were there to make your stay the best that it could be. My kids said they were going to miss the Pineapple hotel and I couldn't agree more !
Cons: I liked everything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great! Walking distance to restaurants and view of the Space Needle.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were awesome! The room was excellent, the beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a great view.
Cons: It was very inconveinient that the stairs didn't go down to the lobby. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow, most times the key card did not work in the elevator.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My family of 6 and I were very, very pleased with our three nights at the Maxwell Hotel. Terrific location by Seattle Center with many things within walking distance (we did not have a car during our stay). The staff was terrific, friendly and accommodating, in particular, Lauren. Free bottles of water are always available and don’t forget your free pineapple shaped sugar cookies. I loved them. The lobby was very quiet and has lot of tables and chairs where you can hang out and play a card game, which we did. The beds are very comfortable and have individual “duvets” for both people. They were great although I will say that with no top sheet to go with it, my feet were sticking out from time to time during the night. Lots of charging ports in the room. Big bathroom. Loved having a microwave and fridge.
Cons: The only thing that I didn’t love was the wood (vinyl?) floor in the room. I much prefer carpeting in a bedroom. But it wasn’t that big of a deal.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Supposedly pet friendly but they complained immediately about our small dog whimpering when we left. We stayed there only because it was pet friendly. We ended up having to board him.
Cons: It seemed that they were operating on a skeleton crew. It wasn’t very clean. The chairs in the lobby had so much pet hair. The floors in our room were sticky. The shower was so uncomfortable. It was designed to bathe your pet. It actually smelled like pet urine. The towels were awful. The toilet paper was not stocked. The tissues, toilet paper and towels were of the cheapest quality. The water pressure was horrible! There was no place to hang your towels or clothes in the bathroom. The room was poorly designed. The air conditioner was so loud and there were several green blinking lights on the ceiling that were very annoying. Not a good nights rest. Not worth the money we spent on 3 rooms for our family. The parking fees were outrageous! Overall I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff that were happy to help me
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a very nice hotel while also having a personality! the decor was funky and fun, but still had great service and all the amenities you¿d want from a nice hotel.
Cons: parking fee was a little bit steep but it¿s to be expected in the middle of downtown
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our new favorite hotel...we look forward to staying at a Staypineapple again someday! Loved the cookies, water, and so many thoughtful amenities!
Cons: Parking fee of $37/day is a little steep, but it is a prime location.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and cute. The staff was friendly. The bikes were a fun perk and the snack each day was unique and helped given the restaurant is closed.
Cons: The location was okay depending on what you want to do. Is close to Seattle center where the space needle and museums are but it¿s a ways from Downtown. An Uber or scooter ride away. No hot tub. Key cards don¿t work in the elevators on and off.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The theme and how pet friendly the hotel is.
Cons: The staff was not the best very cold and short when we needed help....
Mediocre 2.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a cute hotel. The room felt very big. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Got a great price on the room so the "resort fee" didn't seem so bad. We were given as much coffee and water as we wanted and there were bikes to use as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean new very COVID aware. I stay at 10-12 hotels a month. 👍
Cons: Where did you come up with the name?
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the decor was eccentric.
Cons: The hardwood floors were a horrible design flaw. At night we could hear the people above us walking around. Same with the mornings. It reminded me of living in an apartment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful hotel and good staff. Love the amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The decor and customer service was amazing!!
Cons: Nothing it was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decor was excellent and it had a microwave
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: $37 per day parking. $24.95 for in-room water and coffee whether or not you use them. What next are you going to be charged for?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front desk staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful. Cool Decor - Fun games in the elevators. Close to the Space Needle and other attractions.
Good 7.0
Cons: The bed was not made, on purpose! Complex instruction giving on how to use very unusual bedding. Never could figure it out. Was not happy having a large facilities fee added at time of checkout. Don't want surprise upcharges at the end of a stay.

Pros: Watch out for the undisclosed $20 fee.
Cons: Watch out for the supposed resort fee of $20. Ripoff.
Excellent 10.0
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: Requested late check in. Room was not even available until well after regular check in time. Staff forgot to reserve shuttle for us even though they told us the did.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The onsite parking was very convenient.
Cons: The most disappointing part of our stay was the hotel shuttle. We took our kids to the zoo using the shuttle. The front desk told us to call one hour before pick up. When we did, and were told the shuttle was booked for the rest of the night?! Stranded!
Good 7.0
Pros: Location/staff
Cons: Parking is a nightmare unless you have a compact car, no matter what, doors will hit each other, if you can squeeze out of your car. We had to change rooms after midnight, due to loud buzzing that woke us up. Maintenance apologized and moved us promptly
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view
Cons: The said they have a restaurant on property but it has been closed for a months.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfectly located since my holiday party was at the Museum of Pop Culture. The room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing really, I have no real complaints. May have some facial wash since your shower already offers shampoo/conditioner and body wash..
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ambience Staff were excellent - listened and helped Family room was designed for families with microwave and fridge for milk etc (not just a bigger room) Location Shuttle
Cons: Pool was cold (air) and a touch small Pizza restaurant was pricey and service was friendly but not very functional - had to ask for tools to eat with twice Parking cost (a Seattle problem)
Okay 5.0
Pros: Convenient location, adequate parking
Cons: Maintenance, shower flow and sink drainage, staff was not accommodating
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff: rude HouseKeeping: room wasn't ready, had to wait over an hour past check-in for it to be ready. Asked for extra towels/pillows - after 6 hrs we went to front desk and got them. Wood floor: slippery. No tub in room: HUGE inconvenience (small kid
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell. We really enjoyed its location in Queen Anne in which it was pretty easy to get to just about everything else in Seattle. Close to a lot of bus routes. You can even see the Space Needle as soon as you step out. I know they offered a shuttle service, but I really enjoy experiencing a city first hand. A lot of nice hole in the wall spots to eat & drink, nearby. Funky little hotel & friendly staff. Had a small pool in the basement & a fitness room. Restaurant in the lobby. No complaints, I would stay here again...
Cons: It's not really a complaint, but the comforter was different than what I'm use to. It would actually fall off of me while I sleep.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: We stayed at the maxwell this valentine weekend. The hotel is very clean and nice. We have stayed in much more expensive but this could keep up with them all. Hotel employees were very nice.
Cons: I would give this hotel a five star but after i left i noticed a $27.40 charge. I called and they said it was because i took the stuffed animal that is on the bed. They said i was notified of the "adoption fee" at checkout. I was NEVER notified. I am a little grossed out to think how many people slept with the stuffed animal before i took it (a little creepy) and to think i paid $30 for a $5 toy. A very nice hotel that ruined my opinion for $30. I was even trying to get my parents to go there soon!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beds were terrific- loved the individual down comforters. Bravo! The room was decorated nicely and the space was huge. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Loved the Tommy Bahama dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel
Cons: Our shower was large, angled, and modern with no door/ curtain. The water sprayed into the bathroom possibly causing a hazard with the mess. The pillows were VERY hard. Lastly, we thought it was very strange that the room had a teeny tiny ironing board that was 3 inches tall. Not helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we checked in I loved this place. Free parking, good location and a very friendly, comfortable place. Decor was different but comfortable. Even when I looked out the window and four people were standing right below window I could barely hear them talking. I'm even considering a staycation here this summer to explore parts of Seattle I've never been to.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We went to Seattle for a quick weekend and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Space Needle where there is the monorail you can take straight to the mall (roundtrip ticket is $4) and walk down to pike market. The hotel offers a shuttle but it was nice to walk a little bit and see everything on the way. Nice rooms and yummy pizza place/bar connected to lobby.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: very friendly staff very cozy bed really fun interior
Cons: no bathtub

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Daryl is an awesome host with accommodations to match. Fresh fruit and wonderful muffins every morning!
Cons: There wasn't anything not to like. Delightful host and accommodations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is excellent, safe, quiet, walkable and very attractive - Walking distance to all the Capitol Hill restaurants, shops, coffee, parks yet tucked in a desirable, affluent, quiet neighborhood. I found it to be a perfect hub to explore the many great Seattle neighborhoods, parks and attractions. The property is spacious and lushly landscaped. The inviting and peaceful patio offered a lovely space to sit and enjoy a snack, glass of wine, coffee and converse. My dog traveled with me so we took many long walks around the quiet lushly landscaped surrounding neighborhood which I treasured! The common living, dining and library rooms were open to all guests providing a variety of space for down time. The owner is super friendly, easy going, knowledgeable re the area and prepared delicious mixed fresh fruit bowls as part of breakfast. One morning we missed breakfast hour and he saw my daughter and sitting on patio and he graciously brought us muffins, yogurt and fruit. WE appreciated his kindness. I stayed in the Emerald room and was very pleased it is clean more spacious than the photos and very quiet. I am a light sleeper and even with windows open, never heard a peep!
Cons: The shower is small but the bathroom has a large clawfoot bathtub. Due to the room being downstairs, not a lot of natural light but this proved wonderful for sleeping!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Darell was a great host! The manson was quiet and relaxing!
Cons: We only stayed for one night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful 100 year old house, beautifully maintained with historic furniture and details. Room was large, lots of windows. Bathroom old but clean and functional. Peaceful courtyard to relax or read, with a couple of tables and chairs to eat. Breakfast was great, fun to visit with other guests. Our host Darryl was friendly and gracious. Great location in Capitol Hill, 2 blocks from shops and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood to walk and look at the other lovely homes. A few blocks to Volunteer Park, which is also beautiful.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: hotel employee was amazing we really enjoyed the breakfast. But know that no bacon is included. The muffins make up for it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The fruit and yogurt were good. The coffee was good also.
Cons: The person cooking breakfast never showed up. My husband kept calling the office to let them know. Another staff member did show up but was about two hours later than breakfast time was advertised. We did not get the muffins due to time constraints. We did not get to do much that morning due to waiting for staff. Also, when we booked the room we did not realize it was an attic room with low ceilings. My husband and I both bumped our heads multiple times.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the bathroom!
Cons: The air conditioner did not work in our room. The first night they didn’t have another room the same as ours to move us too, so they found us two box fans to use. Mind you this happened to be the weekend that Seattle temperatures went above 100. The next night we moved to another room and everything was fine. They did offer us dinner on them for one night, which was very kind. We struggled with locating the hotel. Called the hotel for directions a couple different times until we found it. The person we talked too did make us feel really stupid that we couldn’t find it. He could have been much more helpful if he wanted too, but overall it was a good stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The suite was very comfortable.
Cons: Parking was difficult. $40 a day to self park seems a bit steep.
Good 7.0
Pros: - Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and has a great view of the Space Needle - Central location, close to highway making it easy to get to different parts of Seattle - Whole Foods downstairs
Cons: - Staff was very friendly but not super helpful. For instance, they forgot to tell us how to use the parking garage (FYI you have to get a ticket validated at the front desk every time you leave) and they couldn’t give me recommendations for a kid-friendly restaurant. I was traveling alone with a toddler with tons of bags and would have greatly appreciated the logistical assistance. - The hotel was beautiful, but something was missing to make you feel it was worth paying a luxury hotel price. They didn’t have water bottles available, the shampoo in my room seemed to have been opened, etc. The rooms and facilities needed an extra touch to make it worth the price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staffing was great, dining was great.
Cons: Had requested a top floor, but was given a mid level floor. 1st time to Seattle and was hoping for a city view or a space needle view. All we got was the views of the apts next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms are a nice size and the soaking tub is a major plus!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was great--good view and the soaking tub was perfect! Staff were friendly, super helpful answering questions, making suggestions, and providing paper plates and utensils for our takeout.
Cons: Nope
Good 6.0
Pros: The balcony was nice
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a nice view of the city from our room. It was nice to take a bath and look out at the lights,or at least my kid enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly accommodating and went above & beyond to help me when I lost my parking tag. Location was great.
Cons: Paying for parking- but you pay for parking everywhere.
Excellent 8.8
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Valet parking is expensive and self park is far
Good 7.0
Pros: Location in city
Cons: Overpriced. Would not allow one hour late check out.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding service and cleanliness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful interior and bar. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom and window view were fantastic and the hotel is close and central to a lot of activities that Seattle has to offer! Very happy with my stay!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful.
Cons: The signage about the entrance was lacking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Rooftop patio
Cons: We paid for parking and 2 nights we had a problem finding a spot
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooftop balcony is a must do with amazing views! They have a fridge, big tub and a microwave which are all must-haves for us!! We also loved the copious amount of outlets for phone chargers.
Cons: Nothing! It was great!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Loved the roof top view and the comfy beds! The staff was very friendly and let us keep our bags safe with them while exploring until check in time.
Cons: Parking deck is tiny!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was fine, close to most attractions
Cons: Staff were rude except for the manager and one other gentleman. Parking was limited and when you don’t fit in a compact space but are a bit too short for the oversized space, it became extremely limited. They also had no plan or way to monitor spaces. They were still giving passes and charging for parking even when garage was full. Staff also tried to tell us we were wrong when they charged us twice for the room. Stated it was an issue with our bank. It was not, they charged us twice. The one experienced front desk employee escalated it to the manager, after we went to the desk twice, and it was then fixed after a couple of hours. Made for a rocky start to our stay. The roof top patio is pretty, but narrow with limited seating. Beware that the pictures are misleading about space of patio, and get there early if you want to sit to enjoy the sunset.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The fridge was broken, so they allowed us to stay in another room and offered a one night parking discount for the inconvenience. It was fair for us. The staff was kind and always ready to help their customers. The room was perfect for us. We enjoyed a lot our trip to Seattle!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was good. We were within a block from a CVS, a nice diner for breakfast, and a great burger joint. We liked the small kitchenette with sink, microwave, and refrigerator. I also liked being able to open a window for fresh air.
Cons: Our window view was not what we anticipated from the website and the rooms were a bit small. You could not open the window blinds without crawling over the bed.

Cons: No view from the room I stayed in, not even a slight view of sky. Opening the shades offered views of other tenant's rooms. Suggest getting a room on the street side of building to at least see some sky and be able to open shades.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Short Lyft/Uber ride from King St Amtrak station and cruise ships. Walk to Space Needle, theaters, MoPOP, many restaurants and groceries. Nice comfortable quiet small rooms. Ours had a view of Olympic mtns. helpful staff.
Cons: The Mediterranean like most Hotels had bad lighting in bathroom. Rooftop patio had a smoker even tho it's a non-smoking facility.
Excellent 8.4
Good 7.4
Pros: Better price than some of the other hotels.
Cons: No restaurant although there is an attached Starbucks. A little noisy outside up until about 11pm.
Good 6.8
Pros: I enjoyed the roof top view and set up. Walking distance from Space Needle.
Cons: Size of rooms, too small. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable.
Good 7.7
Pros: The rooms facing nothing should be told up front that they don't have a view at all. Otherwise, nice place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was pretty much perfect we were checked in way before we expected to be and the staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the view from the rooftop couldn't have been any better.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was surprised by the look and the care of the staff of the hotel. I booked this place at the last minute. The staff gave options of the local restaurants. There are free bikes and umbrellas (a nice plus). You can go to the roof top and take in the view. I would stay here again
Good 7.7
Pros: My family has stayed here two times now. We liked it so much the first time, we intentionally booked it for our following trip. The location is great! Close to Seattle center, super convenient public transportation, good food nearby- including an adorable old school bakery.
Cons: The room we had was SMALL, despite us requesting a larger one at booking/online check in.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Location and on-site parking were great.
Cons: No AC in room. Might not matter on a typical Seattle day, but it was in the 80s and we were on the 5th floor. For $250/night, I expect to be comfortable; we had to keep finding reasons to go out because our room was so hot. Also, many different cleaning products with many different smells=a bit nauseating.
Okay 5.6
Pros: We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never camed to clean or make the bed or give us clean towels, the shower handle was ready to fall off and the towel holder did fall off, for the price we paid it could have been a lot better, wont stay there again.
Good 7.3
Pros: Location was great. Close to the Space Needle and several great coffee shops. Easy walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants. Rooftop has great views of the city.
Cons: No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm. Extra surcharge for wifi access. Room was very small.

Pros: Nice location. Not too touristy. Nice view, especially from the dining area. The room was plenty large, clean, and partial view of the water.

Cons: breakfast not so good, but understandable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room & beautiful view of Lake Union‼️Asked for late checkout so I could sit & enjoy the view. Liked room had small fridge & microwave.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast was great. Could use some plant based options. Front desk people were super nice! Room was terrific!
Cons: The little lobby store needed more options. Only beef and chicken burritos and ramen. There’s a huge veg population in the Northwest US and especially Western Washington. Also need other snack options, wine and beer would also be nice and standard.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing. The food selection was way better than most hotels. The food was hot and fresh.
Cons: The construction around the hotel. The price of parking at the hotel. Kinda expensive
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient and centralized location
Cons: Construction out front was a drag
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Well I had a large room with jacuzzi and fireplace on the top floor! ¿¿
Cons: Having to pay $30 per night parking isn't my fav but I totally get it.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Major construction. On road in front of hotel. Difficult to get to. Noisy during the day and views of lake union blocked by equipment. Ran out of coffee at 8 in the morning. No plans to make more by the staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I enjoy staying at all the Silverclouds in the Seattle area. Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean. View to Lake Union are terrific. And traveling alone I always feel safe and secure.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Always loke Silver Cloud Inn. Clean place, good location
Cons: Construction in the area really makes it hard to find and get too. Extremely frustrating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean - very clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was ideal and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was masked up and took safety seriously. Loved the lake views and the French doors that open and allow fresh air in. Enjoyed the sea planes taking off/landing on the lake (though they can be loud in the mornings)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location - even with all the construction
Cons: My total hotel bill was not explained to me. I thought parking was included and it wasn’t. My quoted total bill and what I was charged initially included lots of deposits that he said were refundable-without an explanation of parking. $50 more was
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff and the location were amazing.
Good 6.0
Pros: The view
Cons: Location due to homeless people hanging out in the front of the hotel at night when I was trying to enjoy the view with the balcony doors open all I smelt was cigarette smoke. Also housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times it was annoying.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location, clean room.
Cons: No pool. Very confusing lay out of the hotel, hard to find things.
Good 7.2
Excellent 10.0
Okay 5.0
Pros: Lication
Cons: Bed and pillows did not feel or smell clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was very good. There was a lake within walking distance from the hotel. Also, some restaurants nearby. The breakfasts were good and so was the hotel shuttle service.
Cons: I didn't like the face that major construction was going on the side of the hotel. My view was of a construction site instead of a lake. The noise of the construction started about 7:30 a.m. I thought it made the hotel stay less restful.
Good 6.0
Pros: the shuttle service to downtown locations is very convenient, especially with free parking available at the hotel.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Room was nice
Cons: Construction was going on all day and they started playing loud music at 6 am and woke me up
Good 6.0
Pros: It was clean. Comfortable enough. Sort of a "basic 3.5" hotel with nothing to distinguish it, other than the weather-beaten one-eyed fake pig/statue thing in the lobby. We chose it for its 9+ rating so the other hotels in Seattle must be real treasures.
Cons: The staff were universally gruff and unfriendly, and seemed somewhat annoyed to have to attend to us at all. More smiles in Russia. It's a long walk to anything other than the Lake Union museums. We never did find out how or when their shuttle works.
Good 7.0
Pros: Close to the streetcar which can take you to the downtown area.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The maintenance man was friendly Free parking
Cons: The plumbing was terrible - toilet overflowed. Maintence came quickly and was helpful but the floor was gross. Front desk did not volunteer to move us. I had to ask and when I did they were reluctant until I insisted. Very disappointed.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Taken as a whole, amazing location for the price. Decent breakfast—again, part of the cost. Close to many eateries, and actually easy to access via I-5. Even a slightly obstructed view of Lake Union is a bonus. Parking included, which again is a high bonus. I WILL book here again!
Cons: Slight quibble: I asked for an Ethernet cable, and the staff did not know what it was and handed me a phone cable. I asked again, and they told me that it must have been it, since it was all that they had.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and the location was great.
Cons: A staff member used his bare hands to gather and pick up potatoes that had fallen out of the serving tray and returned them to the serving tray. Disgusting. Would have been a perfect experience otherwise. Not able to overlook that.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff were very nice
Cons: There was construction right next to my room that was still going at midnight (they did move me to a much nicer room) Lake views that were described in ad are an over exaggerated. Shuttle didnt even show up while I was waiting almost an hour for it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Free parking.
Cons: Shower water was barely warm. Construction outside on the street at 5am woke me up. Attendant didn't ask me how my stay was upon checkout.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was convenient to downtown.
Cons: Horrible, uncomfortable beds. Standard room right next to elevators, restrooms, kitchen, breakfast area, and doors leading to breakfast porch. Noisy at 630am. But the bed was the worst! Only got 3 hours of sleep. Poor breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Shuttle to attractions is good.
Cons: I called for two beds and was told the hotel agreed to give me two beds room. When I checked in, the front desk told me there are no specific room requests under my reservation and was given one bed room and the room is noisy. The door to balcony broken.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We are elderly and received special attention. Very accomadating staff. Specially enjoyed your good breakfast, and it's variety. Our room was nice. We especially liked the separation of toilet and shower from the sink with its large counter top. When in Seattle we will stay there again.
Cons: Bath tub with shower. Why not have a walk in shower. So convenient and fewer accidents, I'm sure.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Everything worked well. The staff was helpful and nice. Easy to drive in, park, and leave. Free Parking! Nice breakfast area.
Cons: It has a classic hotel/motel feel, which is ok, but I wanting a more modern feel.
Okay 4.0
Pros: the tub the brakfast was good quite and no smoking
Cons: they dont leave plastic bag on the trash, they always give us the corner room the second time afound the major one is thebed is very shitty we dont sleep good at all ehich we are looking for
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean, good breakfast buffet close to downtown
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were great, very accomodating, great breakfast. Conveniently located. Great price.
Cons: Noise outside the window, some construction was going on.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.1
Pros: good location, nice breakfast, room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The 3:00pm check-in time
Excellent 10.0
Pros: as well as the reasonably priced hotel "store" convenience items
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love it here, been going for years! Great shuttle to games.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. It was clean and convenient to the bus and has a courtesy shuttle. Certain rooms, and the lounge and breakfast area have good views of Lake Union. There was also a parking garage, pool, hot tub, business facilities, and fitness area. It worked well for what we were looking for and seemed popular with various business people who were staying there.
Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot even with the controls on the heating and cooling unit set to cool everything down. This led to both of us tossing and turning and barely sleeping all night. Also we could hear all the doors in our hallway opening and closing. So if sleeping with a certain level of comfort is super important to you and noise wakes you easily, you might want to choose another hotel.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was spacious and the kitchen was great—loved the huge island in the center. The fridge was a little small, but the dedicated freezer was wonderful to have! The staff was super friendly and helpful...shoutout to Sam for the extra smiles :) The location is awesome—literally a two-minute walk across the street to the Space Needle and monorail that can take you down to shopping and Pike Place. The grab-and-go breakfast was satisfying and offered quite a bit of variety.
Cons: I was disappointed with the rooftop terrace—it was not how it appeared in the photos and was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The furniture was stained and dilapidated and the firepits cracked and broken. The space needs to be better maintained. I was also disappointed with the WiFi in my room (218). It occasionally connected, but when it did it was super slow. Mostly it didn’t connect, and I ended up using my phone data resulted in an overage this month. It worked fine in the lobby, but I tried both routers but nothing worked well in my room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, nice accommodations
Cons: Elevators were not always operational
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful, and considering the current pandemic situation, they did an excellent job. The breakfast available was very good.
Cons: We had to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was clean. Location was perfect!! Excellent customer service!
Cons: Rooftop terrace could use a little makeover but the view is awesome!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location just enough away from downtown and literally across the street from the Space Needle.
Cons: Breakfast was decent, but the made to order omelets were not available because of COVID restrictions.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. The room was excellent, and I really appreciated the room-darkening shades. The room was well insulated such that when the monorail passed by, we didn't even hear it even though it was just outside of the window a couple of floors down.
Cons: The elevators are really, really slow. And there are only 2 of them. So there was almost always a line for the elevators. Also, the key card unlocking the floors could have been better explained. There is a spot on one side of the elevator that looks like where the card reader would be, but the real card reader is on the other side of the elevator. It's tricky because the elevator has doors on both sides with separate panels. So we left the elevator to get clarification on how to use it, only to have to wait in line another 20 minutes to go up. It was super frustrating.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very comfy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: They dint clean under the bed- I seemed like in 10yrs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location to most attractions. Breakfast is good with different varieties. Has kitchen which is convenient for a week long stay.
Cons: Internet speed (WiFi) is slow and not stable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome location. Close to everything. Easy to walk to sights. Staff was amazing. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing. I can't say enough about how helpful they ALL were. From the custodial staff to the front desk staff. All shifts from morning through late night were so kind and helpful. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere created.
Cons: Nothing. This was a spacious property which kept expectational cleaning standards.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the location because it¿s very close to a lot of touristic spots. Space needle, museum for pop culture, chuhily glass museum is just across the street.Pike¿s place is around 20 minutes or less walk.Lots of restaurants and groceries, free breakfa
Cons: Just a little dusty but not bad...since it has a kitchen, it smelled good a little bit...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spectacular customer service.
Excellent 9.6
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, room, space, good for kids, great to walk in the best Lyra of Seattle. Also, was able to park on street next to hotel.
Cons: The separation between the bedroom and sofa was only partial.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, very very clean. Room & all common spaces were very clean We felt very safe, liked the security measures in place. Great location!
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.8
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location Breakfast
Cons: Smelly room Curtains openers not working WiFi not working Noisy bed Parking lot full (had to park 3 blocks away)
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Double changes my credit card for snaks and denied it.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, it is across the street from the Needle and you only have to drive a couple of minutes to get to nearby tourist destinations.
Cons: The person that checked us in was not very friendly. They seemed very stressed out and would speak to us with an attitude. There were signs on the surrounding doors that said the doors were locked but no indication of what door to use to get in.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Shuttle service not well coordinated
Cons: Sign up sheets for reserving the shuttle
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Breakfast was exceptional, staff was pleasant, facility was very friendly and comfortable.
Cons: If I had more time to spend there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was a well rounded spread every morning.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.1
Pros: right across from the space needle. We walked there and did not have to worry about parking. We even got on the train to go downtown convention center. The elevator was out of service but the staff was really helpful and I really did not mind it at all and they did not charge fthe parking fee. I say thanks to the evening crew working for making it easy checking in and getting our bags up to the room. I will come back here again, thanks!
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great view of the Space Needle
Cons: Lack of overall staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location location location. This hotel is right next to the space needle and within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was very good, only had to wait a few minutes for a made to order omelet and the rest of the spread was also very good. Room was very nice and ample seating for several visiting friends on sofa. Rooftop deck was the perfect place to enjoy a few beers right under the space needle at night.
Cons: Rooftop deck closed at 10, could be later. No other complaints, this hotel is definitely my go-to from now on when I visit Seattle.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Yes, my reserved room was not available and they sent us packing to another hotel several blocks away. As a senior citizen schlepping luggage and out was a chore. Also their third party shuttle driver left, did not wait so we had to make our own plans.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Fantastic location near Space Needle.
Cons: I arrived at 11pm to find out that they overbooked. Despite being a loyal Platinum member with Hyatt, they sent me to another, far inferior location several miles away. The only logic they provided was that it was cruise season. I'm never staying here again.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Room was larger than I expected and had a small kitchen area that I used to make myself tea. Free breakfast was pretty solid too. It was a little confusing at first but I love the energy efficiency that results from connecting the keycard to the power system.
Cons: The air conditioning system created a strong draft over the bed. I had to turn it off to get to sleep. Also the water tasted off in some way and the pillows weren't super comfortable.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Across the street from the Space Needle. Room was well designed, spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. We love to walk around Seattle and this was a perfect location. Breakfast and WIFI were included.
Cons: Breakfast was fair to good compared to most hotel breakfasts, however the coffee dispensers we're insufficient to keep up with demand - this was a consistent problem on each of the three days that I stayed.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the wellness room with equipment it is so practical and amazing concept. I love the clean smell when you first enter, the cleanliness of the bathroom, furniture, and the comfortable bed! I actually over slept and didn't want to leave!
Cons: Nothing, everything was just exceedingly perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the yoga mat and other fitness equipment/ space in the room!! Fun curtains/ other details. Close to less popular Seattle attractions and walking distance to the busy part of the city. Excellent 9.0
Pros: I thought the workout equipment was very interesting and a nice touch. It was located where I needed it to be and had free breakfast and AC. I also loved seeing the dogs!
Cons: We had some munched on chocolate pieces laying on the shelving when we arrived that housekeeping did not dispose of. Also some of the recommendations for the areas were not great or updated when I asked the front desk about places to get dinner.

Pros: Mini fridge in the room

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Clean. Great concept and (community space) would be better in non Covid times.
Cons: Fees and food. Arrived early and wanted to charge a fee with the hotel more than half empty. Bad first impression. Grab and go breakfast was off point and unhealthy. Food needs to be warmed in lobby since there is no microwave in room (weird?)
Good 6.0
Pros: They had good breakfast
Cons: In the room the sheets had a yellow look like urine spot on them. We asked for the room to be cleaned it wasn’t done . Also parks is extremely high .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was quiet and very easy to sleep at night.

Mediocre 2.0
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was great and clean. Free parking. I liked the funny sayings on the walls.
Cons: The parking lot was very hard to navigate in a large car. I prefer the little bottles of shampoo over the fixed ones in the shower.
Good 6.5
Pros: modern style
Cons: poor water pressure, hot water at a minimum, for all of the style, the room wasnt very comfortable. could have used another chair. the parking was way too expensive. the food in the cafe was bad. hated all the slogans on the walls.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: Hotel style catered to very young urban customer, at this star level it should be more generic and fit into the group better. This did not belong as a 3.5 star category.
Good 6.0
Cons: Parking was $40 and was not included in the price of the hotel. Outrageous!
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was fantastic. The exercises in the room is an interesting touch. Flavored water is always a hit. Hotel employee at reception and check in was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Took a wet towel to the floor and it came up black. We were on a short vacation though and not interested in working out, yoga, etc. TV did not work and the operator was clueless. Front desk was a great help. Parking should be included in price, IMO.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Insanely clean and friendly staff. Great lobby and common areas. Bathrooms were great. Great lighting and showers.
Cons: The bed seemed a bit too hard for my liking.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband really loved the hotel and said they have the most comfortable bed. It’s a really quiet place and the room was equipped with a small kitchen so it’s suitable for short stays. The room was very clean and well maintained. We arrived after midnight without our luggage as the airline screwed up so we had nothing with us. The front desk was very helpful and got us some toothbrush and toothpaste etc.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Summary: No well Maintained, bad room layout, no room service, overall bad value for money. We think our stay was not at all value for money. We booked the king suite, the biggest room on the property. Though it was big but it was dingy and had a very complex layout which made it difficult to get around. Tv was put in a weird spot above the dining table, bedroom did not have proper vent for AC so maintaining right temperature was really hard. Attention to detail was really missing. At the price we paid we did not think we got adequate facilities. In the bathroom shower cap was missing, the toilet paper stand was broken etc. the whole setup felt like a make do. On top of that there was no room service. With all the construction going around the view was actually worthless, so if guests are being charged for that price should be adjusted until construction is over. We will not be staying here again unless this is the only place available.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was perfect! Centrally located between the places I intended to visit during my time in Seattle.
Cons: I would have really liked to try the cocktails on the menu at the bar, but it was closed during my stay.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The breakfast was good and the location as well!
Cons: The room they give to us was smelling so bad when we arrived. They changed us to another room and this one had so many problems. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t working and the tv controls too. It’s a construction in front of the building what brought some discomfort. One of the days we were there they didn’t have breakfast to offer and we paid for it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful this was the only good thing about the hotel.
Cons: I paid extra for a city view and I was never told I would get a CONSTRUCTION site view. Also breakfast was awful and the rooms were quite tiny.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great central downtown location. New hotel, well maintained and modern. Bathroom well thought out with a kitchenette that had all the expected items.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to downtown and to my job
Cons: Lousy cable tv very limited choices. No CBS channel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the layout of the rooms and the amenities that are offered at the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and curtious.
Cons: Due heightened awareness of Covid- 19, the hotel now offers a bag breakfast which is not good at all. You'd think they could at least offer cereal and bagels and cream cheese.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is great downtown Seattle also just a fifteen minute walk to work
Cons: They don't automatically clean your room you have to put in a request. But they do come within that same day and take cacare of the request.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff is very nice and greet you when you come all the time. They were helpful with the questions and were able to answer all of them.
Cons: The noise across the street where there is another building going up. Other than that it's been exceptional place to stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern and clean room with a small kitchen, dinning table and couch.
Cons: I didn't see staff doing any cleaning of common areas such as evaluator buttons or door handles, etc.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the cleanliness
Cons: my initial room had issues so we had to get a new room
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff are kinds, All you need for a long stay is available
Cons: I was not allowed to see the room before booking! + The space of the room is small
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Larger room. Couch.
Cons: Did not vacuume floors. Found fake fingernails on the floor. Shower safety bar had not been cleaned. Layer of grimey soap on it. Almost fell in shower. Slippery shower stall.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the location and the front lobby
Cons: Two lights did not work...I was in too much of a hurry to tell hotestsff. it’s off-putting when you pay that much koney
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excelente ubicacion, facilidades excelentes, quede encantanda con el personal , las fascilidades, el lugar. Todo super.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean, the staff was always helpful and willing to answer questions, the breakfast had a good variety, and the location was in easy walking distance to attractions and shopping.
Cons: The cost for parking was higher than expected. I wish that info had been included in the hotel information.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location for walking to Pike’s Place and Space Needle.
Cons: The street corner it is on is a spot where drug deals and whatnot occur.
Good 6.0
Pros: At first look, the room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed but as we settled in we noticed a strong smell of pot. Yes, pot is legal in WA - no qualms there but it was a designated "non-smoking" room with a little sign on the desk and everything. I thought maybe it was coming from the alleyway and checked the window - it was closed. We decided to go out for a while and I left the window (5th floor) open in the hopes that maybe it wouldn't smell when we got back. As we walked out a cleaning person was at the door and we told her it did not need to be cleaned. When we got back the window was shut and it still smelled like pot. I don't know how the window was closed. I decided to notify the desk about the smell, window and ask if we could get another room. I was told that the hotel was booked and maybe the smoke was coming from the alleyway and to go to the nearest Target to get a spray to clear up the smell. Yes, for me the guest to go to the store that's half a mile away to buy spray to get rid of a smell, not of my own doing, at a hotel. Dissappointed to say the least. I said I was going to leave the window open again while we eat dinner and if it still smelled we would check to see if a room was available. Opening the window helped but the bathroom stilled smelled but was bearable. I closed the window to go to sleep as the street noise was still loud - firecracker or gunshot around 10:30 along with siren - and the smell came back. By morning it was full on again especially the bathroom. My daughter found traces of dried leaf in the bedside drawer and floor near the drawer which tells me that the room was not vaccumed very well. Upon checkout, I let that front desk person know and was told that I may receive a discount. I chose this place because I had stayed here a few years before and really enjoyed that stay.
Cons: Pot smell in non-smoking room
Excellent 9.2
Excellent 10.0
Cons: My only complaint was there was a cheaper parking lot across the street that they didn’t tell me did overnight parking. I also had two random people enter my room who said they were given a universal key and they had the wrong room. That was off putting. Otherwise the staff were great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Street noise. The building across the street has an intercom that went off randomly all night. It placed calls, it rang, went to voicemail, even connected to a fax machine???
Excellent 9.6
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed and great location downtown.
Cons: No free parking on the property. We parked on the street and had to drive around for a few minutes each time to find parking.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Only one elevator,
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All but parking
Cons: Parking was sketchy
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: While the location is convenient it is sketchy. There are people loitering outside the hotel at all hours of the day. The room smelled like mildew and stale cigarette smoke.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the room and the hotel itself the appearance, the employees were good as to be expected with the environment that I was dealing with. No complaints on that issue.
Cons: Absolutely the abuse from your customers involved in the human Trafficking scheme, revoking my privacy, viewing my phone illegally, blocking me from getting my money, entering my room and stealing items, harassing, bullying and. I filed Police Report.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It's a lot nicer than it appears.
Cons: All the junkies outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We completely loved sitting on the rooftop patio, enjoying the views.
Cons: No.

Pros: Centrally located. Great rate.
Cons: Don't try to bing a car.Parking is horrible. On buss router just walk.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and good location.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location. The front desk was helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great as well as the height of the shower head.
Cons: You cannot pull up to the front of the hotel and check-in.You have to find a place to park first then go check-in. Hotel parking cost $30 a day but they didn't have a place for us when we check-in. There are a lot of homeless people in this area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was awesome!
Cons: The room and towels were a little small, but we really only slept there so it didn't make much of a difference.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Parking is $30 a day
Good 7.0
Pros: It's within walking distance to Pike Place which is really great. Pillows were good but I would prefer fluffier pillows as I am a side sleeper. Very secure place. Toiletries smelled great.
Cons: Paid for a king bed but got a queen, and I didn't notice until the following day. Received email about my reservation, but it was not mine (it was someone else's). Upon check out, received the same email to the same addressee (which is not me).
Good 6.0
Cons: I/You can hear all the noise through this thin wall.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities featured laundry but their laundry facilities were under construction.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walkable everywhere
Cons: Broken elevator
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were small
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of soundproofing of any kind in the room: we could hear seagulls, street performers and adjacent showers, night and day.
Excellent 8.5
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Should have asked for a skinny pillow or two to supplement the fat pillows. Minor.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Front desk staff very accomodating, was able to switch from room on exterior edge of building to a courtyard room (eliminating street noise). Excellent location in great neighborhood. Walking distance to great food/drink options, Pikes Place, Pier, etc
Cons: Lots of outside noise the first night in a room on the exterior of the building, but was able to change rooms
Okay 4.0
Pros: Small, but clean and functional room. Attentive staff and good location
Cons: Very noisy due to the homeless across the street next to the dog park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location to walk to everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walkable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Central to everything we wanted to visit in our short stay
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again.
Cons: The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.
Okay 4.8
Pros: All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront.
Cons: Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the time I checked in to the check out, the service from the front desk was impeccable!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Price
Cons: The desk staff were very rude. Maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly but the front desk staff lacked any customer service skills.
Good 6.0
Pros: - Location. Restaurant, cafe, Space Needle, Pike Market in walkable distance.
Cons: - Very small room. - Many homeless people in neighborhood at night - shouting, screaming at each other for whole night. Hotel windows glasses are thin. Noise outside will keep you awake.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The hotel was under relocation. Everywhere was in a huge mess and actually disgusting. There was no notice or info about the relocation when we booked the hotel, That's a CHEAT! And not worthy to the price AT ALL! Bad experience! And also bad staffs!
Okay 5.1
Pros: Central location
Cons: The room and building was dirty. Very small room. A group of people were having a very loud argument in the hotels courtyard throughout the evening. It is a motel level quality.
Good 6.3
Pros: Great location. Good walking distance to places downtown. Free bike rental
Cons: It is next to a dog park. One of the nights we stayed was a Saturday night and it was very loud outside with people partying and dogs barking. Woke us up a couple of times. It felt more like a college apartment complex than a restful hotel. It was a little hard controlling the temperature of the room.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was good. Liked the breakfast sandwich.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location and able to accommodate 6 of us!
Cons: Parking tough with large SUV, however staff was helpful in getting us a better spot that was more accessible
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was awesom
Cons: awesome! The lady handing out breakfast was by far the most friendly, positive person we came across.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Parking and nice customer service in the lobby!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was clean, the staff followed the corona virus protocals, the staff was great, compassionate, and positive along with happy friendly personalities.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that you have to pay a parking fee or park on the street, i opted to park on tha street because your policy said $35 a night and its first come first serve so it there weren’t any spaces available you’re out that $35 and honestly if that had happened i would have been really unhappy so if you’re going to charge for parking the least you can do is provide reserved parking with a parking permit
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, the staff were helpful, breakfast on-site and cleanliness of the room and facilities in general
Cons: It is on a busy road so sometimes getting in and out of the alley for the parking garage could take a few minutes.
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This place was a blast. The room was awesome, big, with a kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, cooking area, microwave, coffee machine...), TV, desk, free wifi. The bathroom was a bit small but it was very good, I love the backlit mirror! I would have liked a bathtub though. The cleanliness was superb and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever seen in a hotel. And it was so quiet! Staff was friendly and were actually asking by text if everything was fine and if something was needed. I had the option to pick up a small breakfast before the offered time when I asked.
Cons: Charging $43 per night for the parking ($35 fee, plus $4.5 city taxes, plus $3.5 park taxes) is outrageous and I was not expecting that rip off to be honest. I wish breakfast was offered earlier and with better options. Views from my room were not the best: just to the office building opposite.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was really good, rooms are spacious, very comfortable and well equiped, loved the big mirror in the bathroom. Staff is really nice and happy to help. Loved that they had complimentary laundry room. Overall very nice hotel and stay

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Locations so close for short walks or drives for all activities I did in my CityPass. My family got to swim in the pool in the morning all alone compared to how busy it was all night. Breakfast to go was good.
Cons: Neighbors keep making thumping noises every 5-10 seconds for about 15-30 mins. Called front desk to ask them keep it down at 8pm. Didn’t stop until 1:30am. So I finally got sleep. Lucky my wife brought ear plugs.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great view at the Space Needle from my room. Nice pool.
Good 7.0
Pros: We loved the bed! They were super comfortable. The staff was also great! They took the time to make sure we were comfortable and knew what was around us! And they were BUSY! They were literally running up and down the stairs to help all the guests.
Cons: We didn’t like the chlorine in the pool. It was so strong that it was burning our eyes when we walked into the pool area and then created rashes on our skin. We also did not like the breakfast. There was no order to the madness! And even with 6+ microwaves, warming up the sandwiches were a nightmare and they took forever!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, room set up
Cons: I went to use the hair dryer that was in the room and it was caked with hair pie and sticky gel hair product. Gross.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean Very friendly Everything is near by!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: No.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: How friendly and helpful the staff was
Cons: The fact that since there is no near by parking lot, you HAVE to pay to be able to park in the hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very very clean. The beds were absolutely wonderful!! So very comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard. The TV was on when we walked in. The TV gave us an amazing welcome. I know where I will stay anytime I go to Seattle.
Cons: Absolutely nothing bad about this hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, self parking.
Cons: Need more elevators. Better sound insulation from street.
Okay 5.0
Pros: I liked the proximity to Seattle Center. McDonalds is right around the corner which was great with kids. The piers and downtown is within walking distance. The breakfast was great considering COVID safety measures were in place. The staff were great
Cons: No microwave in the room. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came at all.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great room and location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I just love hyatt
Cons: Need microwave in room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room the staff. I came for a dr appt and it was a perfect location
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location, appearance, customer service.
Cons: The lack of cleaning more specifically thorough cleaning during this pandemic. The fact a bagged apple was left in fridge & blood stains on mattress cover the showed through a clean sheet is simply laziness to not thoroughly clean the bed linens.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was walking distance from both the Needle and Pike's market.  (managers?) were great and had impeccable customer service.
Cons: Located right by a Shell Gas station which got a lot of late night activity that kept me up for hours in the middle of the night. Had to call the cops. Staff besides the managers were horrible and everything seemed like it inconvenienced them.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: I stayed with my 2yo daughter and requested our room be on the same floor as my friend. She got a room in the front of the hotel with a view of the space needle, our room was facing the back with a view of the gas station. The view is not the issue, so much as the noise level. People were getting gas in the middle of the night with music blaring and bass loud enough that the walls were vibrating. Wish they had more consideration in that aspect. Room had a musty smell, which I discussed with the front desk who advised me they were at 90% capacity and couldn’t accommodate a room change, that that the smell is related to the winds and pollen in the air. Both my daughter and I had allergy flare ups from that smell.
Okay 4.0
Cons: No maid service even when requested. Carpet was wet by the air-conditioner. Mold in the shower.
Poor 1.0
Pros: NOTHING... HORRIBLE
Cons: NO FOOD SERVICE
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Booked a room for the pool only and it was closed. The website should be updated with covid regulations. Many other hotels still had the pool open with guidelines.
Excellent 10.0
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The guy who checked me in was very rude I was not made aware of the 30$ parking fee
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Front desk staff were pleasant, good location.
Cons: My room was incredibly dirty. There were greasy fingerprints all over the walls, bed frame, and door. In these Covid times, I was very upset by this. They are clearly not wiping down surfaces.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is close to city center.
Cons: Not a lot of places to eat nearby. $36 a night for parking is a bit much.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude staff. Horrible service
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was amazing
Cons: No microwave in the rooms, no tv channels and movies cost way too much . Super hard to park and super hard to access everything having to use a key card.
Excellent 10.0
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: The key system continued to fail. Only 1 key worked. The walls and floors in the room were dirty! 1 towel had red staining. The toilet seat was cracked. Overall, the room was not in good shape.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This hotel was in a great location. I usually stay with Marriott chain, but thought I'd try Hyatt based on local. My poor experience has dissuaded my from staying with this franchise in the future.
Cons: During my stay I was not informed at check-in there would be an additional $30+ per day parking fee until days later when I noticed the random charge on my credit card. I'm very disappointed in this particular business practice and highly dissatisfied.
Good 6.0
Pros: That they had good food and the staff were nice and they were gated
Cons: The hotel parking and the cleanliness of the room
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice location and friendly staff
Cons: I checked out 8 days early and still have not gotten the difference of my refund and have not been able to reach anyone to address my issue
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or towels restocked, trash cans emptied, etc.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff and a decent location
Cons: $22 for park8ng seemed a bit hight for Spokane. The garage is not even a secure garage and they charge $22. The room was sub par for a doubletree.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location and one of the front desk employees. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Cons: The tv was not working the first night, Hotel employee actually came up to our room to try to fix this. He had to call a technician to fix it. The next morning we awoke to watch the news, but the tv wasn’t working again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was awesome. Free shuttle to the market. Free breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were amazing!!!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect
Good 6.0
Cons: Parking/taxes/fees
Okay 4.0
Cons: Arrived at 9am, was not given Check in until 10 minutes before 3. Saw others arriving and being able to check in. Was disappointed for being a Hyatt.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, location... we walked and took their free shuttles. The pool was nice and the rooms were roomy! Parking was rediculous $38 a day
Cons: The breakfast was terrible! I was expecting decent food it smelled great and there was a big selection for a hotel breakfast but the eggs were tasteless and gritty. Potatatos were greasy, they had a big pot of beans and corn mixed - not a brekfest food!
Okay 5.7
Pros: clean food on site enclosed parking near gas station and walgreens
Cons: room keys and elevators had issues the entire time front desk staff not informed and/or rude parking garage has several elevators most don't get you to your room ice machine couldn't keep up photos of gallery/snack bar were deceiving. Never saw it stocked like the photo. bed super uncomfortable
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location is ok
Cons: They didn't make the room. I had to take a shower with the towels of the day before.the bed was not made and the floor was not vacuumed.Saturday night I came back to the hotel after 11 pm. they night staff were rude and defiant. Didn't like it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was walkable from the hotel. There is really no need for a car. I walked everywhere and went running to Elliot Bay and around Lake Union. This is a great price for the location and for a weekend getaway.
Good 7.0
Pros: beds comfortable. free wifi
Cons: wished its location had been more central no spa, pool was cold. noisy location

Good 6.0
Pros: Good location, comfortable beds
Cons: Hidden amenity fees, no room service unless requested, rude front staff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient location to visit Seattle when you just have a day. Easy on site parking (a bit expensive). Cozy rooms, great shower. Reasonable pricing given the comforts
Cons: Refrigerators are by request which I did while checking in. But they never arrived. Staff was very responsive. they allowed us to use their hotel refrigerator.
Good 6.0
Pros: We really liked the friendly front desk staff and having the room credit each day for snacks was a plus.
Cons: I don’t care for the separate comforters. Also, didn’t ever have our room cleaned. They should have come empty the trash and replace small wash clothes.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Love stay pineapple. Street is a bit odd as it’s a one way street separated by pillars that support the monorail. Love the luxurious bedding too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great and the property is really clean and has a cool look.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, despite clearly being caught off-guard by the influx of hotel guests due to the heat wave. Being able to grab snacks from the front desk was also great as it was too hot to leave the building. Pet-friendly!
Cons: It would be a nice addition to put mini-fridges in the rooms, though to be fair, the description did not say there were any. Also there were no plastic trash bags available, so we had to figure out our own method to dispose of litter.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: They charge extra amenities fees that are not stated when you book the room! They said we need to provide a card as a authorization card just in case we would like to get things during our stay! But low and behold, they charge you $24 a day for that!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Early check in
Cons: Remember you are downtown, so expect it to be noisy. The ¿amenities ¿ fee is tricky, a bit sneaky. Not easily explained by staff( I listened to staff try to explain it to multiple confused guests. This is how they make money so use it or lose it!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The decore was cute and theme
Cons: Woke up to non stop yapping dog a cross the hall that went on for over a hour. Horrible loud high pitched incredibly rude for owners to allow that. Coffee cup had crack in it so coffee leaked all over dresser into clothes. Was charged extra fees I'm still
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location to walk too many of Seattle¿s tourist sites, super friendly staff.
Cons: Didn¿t love parking and amenity fees that were added to our hotel rate, but it seems that¿s becoming pretty common, and I do know it costs to park downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent, very friendly and inviting. They always met every request and we¿re able to answer any questions. Rooms are great, very comfortable beds! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, pikes market, space needle and restaurants.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to Pike Place Market and Space Needle Area. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The street noise was very loud in the room at times.
Good 6.0
Pros: Room had a cool vibe. And initially it was very clean.
Cons: Comforters provided where way to warm. I had the room temperature set to the “cold enough to hang meat” setting the first night and still was sweating under the huge comforter provided. for my second night i noticed they had put an extra blanket in our room that was way better. Wish it was out and more obvious it was there. It was in a bag under the night stand in the room. The shower head was really nice but it was lose so it fell to only one position. Wish it was on there a bit tighter so i could adjust it to flow in the middle of the shower instead of having to hug the wall to get under it. We also wanted our sheets cleaned and towels changed between nights but they never did. I guess we missed house keeping because we put sign up to please clean when we left our room at 10:30am and when we came back at 2pm it wasn't cleaned. We left our room again at 4pm and this time i asked front desk if they could clean our room. They looked at me like i was crazy and said housekeeping was gone for the day. So i asked for some towels and sheets at least which they provided.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was different than any other hotel. Loved the duel duvet covers.
Cons: Resort fees
Excellent 10.0
Good 7.0
Cons: I paid in full in advance, but had a surprise on arrival I was told I owed a activity fee daily???? This was not indicated and I dispute these charges who will reply back?
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Walking distance to tons of great activities and food. Room was great as were amenities in lobby. Loved it.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Parking is 40$ extra. I didn't see that when I booked.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Customer Service! There are nice added touches like pineapple water in the lobby and cupcakes. The decor is fantastic with huge board scrabble, shuffleboard and classic arcade games in the lobby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The atmosphere and design Very updated
Good 6.0
Pros: The pillows and the location
Cons: The charges for everything! 40 dollar parking, amenities fees, and resort fees! There is not a lot to choose from outside their parking
Okay 5.0
Cons: The parking fee and amenity fee. Ended up being way more expensive than what it was worth
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: It's a bit confusing, like the payment charges
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was great! I felt safe and it was close to shopping.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have vending machines. In fact, once the cafe closed there was nothing but tap water to drink. This is absolutely ludicrous and the night front desk person was very rude and offered no solutions. There was nothing open nearby either.
Excellent 8.5
Excellent 8.5
Poor 1.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Substantial hidden fees (including resort fee & room fee). Fire alarm went off for no reason at 7:30 AM. Cheesy, annoying video blasting in room upon arrival. Sub-standard staff. "Most boring hotel bar in the city." Very bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Poor 1.0
Pros: The individual duvets.
Cons: Hotel resembled a college Dorm. Walls/floors were so thin we could not sleep. Pineapple fragrance infused in halls gave me headaches. Housekeeping never came. Price point does not match hotel. And we did not appreciate the $20 a day for unused amenities.
Good 7.0
Pros: Hotel decor and games in the lobby
Cons: The maids started vacuuming and cleaning other room on our floor at 8:00, and the noise was quite loud and went on for hours. It woke me up. The parking fee and miscellaneous item fees are quite high for what you get.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room, staff
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was GREAT! We were in walking distance to everything.
Cons: The rooms were extremely small and not well positioned. The TV was sitting on the desk in the corner, therefore we all had to sit on one bed in order to see the TV. No menu in the room, I was told to come downstairs to the bar to see the menu.
Excellent 8.5
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is in a good central location. The room and common spaces are pleasant, and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: They charge a $20 per day amenities fee, but the amenities are not really different from what most hotels provide, so it is just annoying. They offer a shuttle, but could/would not take us to the rail station a half mile away.
Excellent 8.5
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: the location
Cons: This was a very odd hotel, that I felt we spent way more than we should have. There was very little insulation, and we heard everything around us, all night long. We were very uncomfortable and will not stay here again, nor recommend it.
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: The beds we’re comfy.
Cons: Parking is listed as 37 but ends up being 67 dollars after all the taxes. This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was good, close to activities and restaurants.
Cons: Where do I start? Loud. Went away with friends for a relaxing weekend with no kids. Imagining fabulous sleep & fun. We got no sleep due to hallway noise (elevator, conversations, neighbors cell phone buzzing) & road noise. Plus a $40 "resort fee." Bad!
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel lobby coffee shop/restaurant/bar was closed for renovations. This fact was not noted at the time of booking. I would have stayed somewhere else
Cons: The lobby was undergoing a major renovation and was closed
Good 6.0
Pros: Very Comfy bed
Cons: They charge $62.71 for parking & wifi!!!
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Room was small and crowded. A lot of street noice from the sky tram outside our window on the 3rd floor. Parking at the hotel overnight was $62 with taxes and fees. I would not recommend this location to others. Overpriced for the amenities provided.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great aesthetic, and very nice staff.
Cons: The heating/cooling system was extremely noisy and kept interrupting our sleep.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location and staff are great.
Cons: They are currently remodeling. Has to happen sometime. :)
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and bed
Cons: Bathroom wasn’t separated from closet and no bath tub
Okay 4.0
Pros: clean, floors no carpet
Cons: no micro, no refer, no king bed, didn't like the blankets, being gouge for parking over 60.00 not mentioned in rsvp, no veiw tree in front of window
Poor 1.0
Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Way overpriced. Charged for everything. $--- per night for a 2nd bed $37 a night for parking and $15 a night for amenties (wifi coffee & tea) plus tax! The staff was rude. Location was not as appealing as they advertise it was quite a walk to downtown
Excellent 8.8
Pros: It is a beautiful little hotel with a great location! Nice, clean and very stylish hotel. Absolutely loved the decor!
Cons: The only downfall would be it very close to the fire station. It's quite noisy with all the sirens.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It was in downtown seattle
Cons: 40 parking fee in addition to a --- room and no continental breakfast.
Good 7.1
Pros: Fun, funky and good location. Nice pineapple water!
Cons: Thin walls, neighbors loud
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fricken awesome
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7.
Cons: Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Pineapple water in lobby
Cons: Bedding not usable. Two big comforters and a fitted sheet only on beds. There was one flat sheet and one blanket for two beds that the guest could put on himself. There was one robe and one pair of slippers for two guests. May be a two star hotel at best.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location of this hotel was great. Within walking distance to great restaurants and a lot of tourist attractions.
Cons: The service at the hotel was horrible. Very loud given location. Our second night there was banging on our neighbors door. After nearly an hour we called the front desk and were told we could move our room if we wanted...at 2am!
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby.
Cons: Loud heater in the room.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5!
Cons: Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the modern decor and the helpful front desk
Cons: I wish there had been a mini fridge in the suite we stayed in
Good 7.6
Pros: Free Bikes!
Cons: Parking is overpriced and so is the breakfast. Additionally, there is no in room fridge.
Good 7.0
Pros: The showers were awesome.
Cons: Room was small and overall rather expensive for what we received.

Excellent 8.0
Cons: “City view” wasn’t that great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Huge, light lobby with comfortable seating. Fair size room with large window with a view of water activities on the lake—sailboats, paddleboarders, swimmers, and seaplanes. Great staff.
Cons: Although the beds were comfortable, they are too high. You need to pole vault of high jump onto the bed. Three pillows per bed and all too puffy. Forgot to bring my own this time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was great staff was polite, courteous and professional.
Cons: Nothing, everything was great
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great
Good 6.0
Pros: nice helpers at the front desk, breakfast bar nice bathroom
Cons: overall dingy look, carpeting not so clean or fresh
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to Pike market and Museum and the area around the water was a great place to hang out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and staff
Cons: ac wasn't working room never got below 72
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, location, and cleanliness
Poor 1.0
Pros: location
Cons: trash from the previous guest was still in the room. no coffee, they did not make beds. Never stay here again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: friendly staffs, comfortable room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and welcoming
Cons: It was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Location Clean Nice Staff
Cons: Breakfast bag to repetitive if you stay more than a day
Good 7.0
Pros: Location- easy to walk downtown
Cons: The restaurant was closed which meant limited food options - only take out or delivered options
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The windows exterior of the room looking at the lake were filthy- don't know if there was a birds nest above or what but pretty bad. Otherwise love the place!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They were great and super location! hotel employee was great- thanks jenn
Cons: nope
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location & price.
Cons: There seems to be construction going on in some part of the hotel. I walked down the north stairwell and it was covered in what appeared to be drywall dust. I work in construction and I've seen jobsites cleaner. The room and common areas were great.
Okay 5.0
Cons: I paid extra for a nice view, which we did not get. The toilet was not clean when we arrived.
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I ordered a breakfast to go the day I left for the airport, and the young lady working behind the restaurant counter brought my boxed breakfast to me as I waited at the front desk. Very nice.
Cons: Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood. I find everyone today seems to rely on quick Internet searches (which I can perform) as opposed to actually knowing the neighborhood. In general, though, every staff person with whom I dealt smiled, was courteous, and was helpful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location was across the street from beautiful Lake Union Park. About 1.5 mile one-way walk to Seattle Center. About 1.5 mile one-way walk in other directon from Chipotle and a Whole Foods.
Cons: Cost
Good 6.0
Cons: $27/day parking charge was ludicrous.
Good 7.4
Pros: Nice modern decor in lobby area. Hallways to rooms have been updated, nice new decor, carpet. Beautiful Internet!! Close to Streetcar that drops right into downtown Seattle shopping district / Westlake Mall and Pacific Place Shopping Centers. Our room had a nice (partial) view of Lake Union which is lovely on a sunny day! More than dismal when it's rainy tho... Comfortable pillows/bed Pool and a hot tub - complete with towels! Bike rentals station near the boat area to rent bikes and go for a spin around Lake Union or through downtown. Walking / Biking / Streetcar distance to Seattle Center Friendly staff
Cons: Further from Seattle Center/ downtown waterfront / Pike Street Market than I had realized. Any savings received on the room were quickly eaten up by additional hotel fees, cab fares and public transportation costs. Lots of construction / road construction in this area, difficult confusing to get to the hotel - looks like a bunch of incomplete construction / work zones around side of hotel. No shuttle options from / to airport or train to this location. Workout facility = cardio and dumbells only. no weight machines Room Keys quite inconveniently deactivated themselves for no apparent reason. Difficult getting cab from this hotel to any other locations in city - front desk called told me "several cabs already in the area and less than 10 minute wait". None stopped!!! Empty cabs drove by... still no. Waited OVER 1/2 hour, eventually one came that was dropping guests off at the hotel but I had to flag him before he drove off, he wasn't going to pick us up either! Clearly this hotel is not a priority for the cab companies & getting to my destination timely clearly not a concern for the staff. Asked specifically for another plastic liner for the ice bucket (needed to put ice in it to ice an injury) I explained this but Instead I received a plastic bag he thought was better for that purpose - one which was for the laundry service and had holes in the bottom of it! Yay a leaking ice pack and wet pajamas! Tap water tastes like chlorine pool water. $3.50 for the bottled water in the room & kids don't read the fine print! Sit down Bistro Food options or convenience store pantry options only, main restaurant advertised yet closed or unavailable. Bistro is EXPENSIVE ($4.00 for a small pastry) NO other breakfast options nearby $6.00 dry ham sandwich, no condiments avail. desk agent went to check Bistro kitchen but then refused to give me mustard or mayo - told me none avail. ?!? Overall, for $200.00+ per night, I shouldn't have to spend so much of my time communicating with the staff here - guest needs should have been anticipated (not having to ask for a cab multiple times, being able to turn the TV on and have it work properly without having to try to figure it out then making a phone call, having the room keys work when you leave and want to re-enter your room! having mustard / mayo condiments available when people buy the sandwiches from your pantry, having lids for the Starbucks cups / vending machine coffee, etc...) Not unpleasant per se - just for that price, I shouldn't be required to participate in training your hotel staff on "how to do their jobs properly" - Suggestion: a prix fixe "buffet" style breakfast / self serve waffle iron/ toaster/ in addition to for people short on time but still want to eat and no time for restaurant service. This option is a huge plus and deciding factor in determining whether a hotel receives my future loyalty... even if it's not free or include with the room!!
Good 6.2
Pros: Fairly close to bus stops that will take you to UW or downtown. Rooms are well kept and decent size.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night. A public lot just around Lake Union on Fairview is $22 for 48 hours. The hotel menu is obviously overpriced, but World Sports Grille on Westlake and 9th has decent food for takeout.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: I liked everything about the facilities and staff. Helpful and nice.
Cons: The location could have more nearby restaurants. But that's very minor.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking was too expensive.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Funky vibe.
Cons: The first person who checked us in was very rude. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. Fire alarms went on and off a couple times at night. ? If they were real. The elevators stopped working so had to walk up and down the 5 th floor for two days. Bar was closed, for ? Covid reasons. Other bars near the area were open indoors. Breakfast was suppose to be included. They said bc of covid no food to be served. Booked our hotel a month before, could have taken it off their website or provided pre packaged something. Def not a place I would go back to.
Good 7.0
Pros: The decor and design of the hotel is super fun and unique.
Cons: There really isn’t a good city view so don’t pay extra for that. The AC in the room turns off when you leave which means you come back to a hot room and it barely cools. Have to go to front desk/bar for ice. There isn’t on site parking.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was perfect! So safe, clean, and close to everything you need. Fun, youthful hotel!
Cons: Would have like q-tips, body lotion, and some extra little amenities. There was not much room to walk around in the room due to no closet for my luggage.
Good 6.0
Pros: The decor was trendy and cool, the room temperature was good, mini fridge, Netflix, clothes streamer
Cons: Staff seemed inexperienced or they were short handed. Fire alarm went off at 7am, we had to evacuate. It was a false alarm. Next day, elevator broke, we were on the 8th floor and had to go up 8 flights all day. The rooms are not well insulated so I could hear a party going on late at night in the next room. This hotel caters to young single hipsters so beware of late night parties. No breakfast, no microwave in room. Bed not very comfortable. Bathroom door is barn door style and was super bulky and loud. I don’t think I’d stay here again.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Cool modern industrial style hotel.
Cons: Lost my bracelet and called as soon as I left the hotel and told them exactly where it was located and instead of telling the people cleaning the rooms about the bracelet they said nothing and it was never found.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was a good price and a no fuss room. Was very pleasent.
Cons: Some amenities not being active.
Good 6.0
Pros: I liked the location, very close to some nice restaurants and bars.
Cons: The bar in the hotel wasn't open yet due to covid-19...which was fine. The thing I hated most was the constant noise from the outside. I was only on the 3rd floor but you'd think a hotel with rooms closer to the street would provide additional insulation for their customers. Also, my sink was clogged and I didn't realize it until later after checking-in. I had already sanitized my entire room so when someone came by to check on the sink as I couldn't deal with the clog any longer, they asked if I wanted to switch rooms. I maybe had less than 2 days left in my stay so I found it a poor option for a customer. I would have instead taken room credit or something similar. Overall, cool hotel just wish more amenities were available but definitely not a ding against the hotel!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location, small but very nicely tastefully organized room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: quaint setting and exactly what I needed for a 2-day stay. Could not stay there longer since no closet or space in the room for comfort other than a chain and fold-out desk. great place!!
Cons: Nothing. They have a great small gym and great staff.
Excellent 10.0
Good 7.1
Pros: Loved the hipster vibe, free welcome drink and decor
Cons: The AC made loud noises randomly and made it a bit hard to sleep. My window looked directly into a office building window.

Pros: Clean, close to work and safe
Excellent 9.0
Cons: When initially checking in I didn’t like that the lady at the front desk was only wearing a clear face shield and not a mask. I think most people should know at this point that a clear face shield in front of the face is not a valid substitute for
