Pros (+) Everything works, front desk always cheerful and says hello, jacuzzi, laundry room always clean, grocery shopping service, trolley line in front, can walk to many restaurants, etc.etc.etc Great beds..
Cons (-) House keeping staff came at various times, hard to calculate out day.. Several times had to call to have room cleaned. Often forgot dish towels, or hand towels...nothing serious!
