You have to walk to the historic district but you can not get lost, just follow the Roman aquaduct as it slowly grows from waist high to a tower thing of beauty. The down town can be crazy crowded so it was nice to be away from it. The hotel is very nice with a wonderful breakfast included. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant. There are restaurants, bars, and a grocery store a short walk away. The hotel does get busy with events like weddings. We would recomment it for a few nights.
