Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with many expressing dissatisfaction with the service, food quality, and amenities such as WiFi and pool facilities. Complaints about staff attitude, repetitive or poor food, and extra charges for services like internet are common. Some guests also appreciated the breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, though negative comments about breakfast were also frequent.
