Pros:The bed lines were very clean
Cons:They charged me a $10.50 reaort fee per day, when my Kayak reservation said everything was paid in full.The walls are super thin, so you heard everything in the halls. The concierge desk called at 830am. It took me over an hour to get checked in. They have a pretty early checkout if 10am

Pros:The resort is in the best location in Simpson Bay with a great pool/ocean area. Restaurants within walking distance.
Cons:We were there for 16 nights and only had iur room cleaned 3 times. Floors were dirty so recommend bringing an extra pair of sandals for room. For $300/night I would expect more. The microwave was filthy dirty when we arrived and was never ince cleaned.

Cons:one lady at the activities desk by the beach was less than helpful and sometimes was hardly friendly. It is difficult to try to book a trip for the day when she seems annoyed at helping, and is less than happy to answer questions regarding the trips.
