Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's prime location in Chinatown, making it easy to access public transport, food, and attractions. The service provided by staff members like Edmar, Pearl, Kisha, Luna, and Mitch received frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and responsive, even in a mostly self-service environment. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted as a positive aspect, with rooms described as spotless and comfortable. Amenities such as laundry facilities and digital check-in were appreciated, although some guests noted the rooms could be small and mentioned issues with ventilation, musty smells, and complicated check-in procedures. Despite a few negative experiences regarding deposits and lack of elevators, the overall sentiment was very positive, especially for short stays and convenience.
