Pros (+) Renovated room experience lives up to expectations.
Cons (-) Hotel front desk staff gave us a not renovated room on the eighth floor and were very unaccomodating when we began to complain. It took a phone call to Kayak customer service and a face to face conversation with the hotel manager before they agreed to put us into a different room.
