Pros (+) Location 10-15 min walk to the center. Casino in the hotel
Cons (-) Small room with a lot of not working staf (no aircondition, toilet work sometimes), the staff not nice and helpful (most of them)
Pros (+) Spa was fantastic. Free gym and pool. And inexpensive spa treatments.
Cons (-) Very dirty room. Found several bugs the locals call stink bugs. No wifi in room. Floor was dirty. Everything was dusty. Really gross.

Cons (-) We parc our car to the hotel area garage..and i left in the dash 3 euro and few other money..drive in from greece to bulgaria.. the day after we get our car to travel in bulgaria..the 2 euro was goin...now is not the 2 euro...because i tip them 5+5 levas about 5 euro..now is not the 2 euro ....was the principal... what about if it was at the car other moore important thinks..just think and act acc...
