Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. However, many were disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as limited and often requiring extra payment for basic items. Service also received criticism, with reports of unfriendly staff, inconvenient check-in procedures, and issues with room allocation or key cards. While some guests appreciated the cleanliness and room comfort, the overall experience was impacted by these recurring issues.
