The hotel was located right off the interstate. Maybe 10 minutes tops from the airport. Even though I had my own transportation, I saw where the hotel did have an airport shuttle. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Airport to stay at.
Pros:They overcharged us and they fixed it and gave my family free breakfast for the next day. The food is very good. The room was clean and nice and big. The bathroom was a litle small but a good size.
Cons:The pool was dirty. The pool was very small for a big hotel. Could have been a bigger pool.
Pros:The location was very convenient for what I was there for. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and greeted me. I love that they have a coffee area open all the time with FREE coffee, tea, hot chocolate and flavor infused water!! Makes a big difference! The hotel is extremely clean, including the gym. Didn't try the pool/spa yet. I definitely would stay here again.
Cons:I asked for a room away from the elevator so it would be quiet. I am a light sleeper. I got a room along the highway which kept me up the first night. The second night I kept the fan on to drown out the highway noise. I'll be more specific about a quiet room next time.
