We appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. Breakfast was also well done, and the cleaning procedures appeared to be taken seriously. The room itself was large and spacious, which was welcome after a long drive.
Pros:Location and complimentary breakfast
Cons:No hot water in the mornings. Stained bathroom and bedroom linens, hair on towels, sticky and dirty floors.

Pros:The fact that we had 3 full beds with the pull-out couch.
Cons:There were pieces of old cereal on my daughters box spring and cereal and candy on the floor all along the base boards between the beds and the bottom of our comforters. Clearly, the room wasn't cleaned properly or vacuumed. There were also makeup stains all over my daughters linens. At least we can hope it was JUST makeup and not some bodily secretion. It was very late before we discovered these things and one of my girls was already asleep, otherwise I would have demanded another room immediately. When I complained the next morning upon checkout, the staff member was very dismissive, said she would notify housekeeping and that nothing could be done to compensate me because I didn't conplain...at 1 am in the morning when I noticed it. We were exhausted and and had already unpacked everything. She was rude and customer service left EVERYTHING to be desired. It's unfortunate because I travel there 1-2x a month and would have stayed there otherwise. Do NOT book this hotel. Scratched all night afraid that maybe my sheets hadn't been changed either!!! Terrible experience.
Pros:Great hotel, good price, breakfast included (excellent made-to-order omelet!)
Cons:ice machine wasn't working on 4th and 3rd floors
