Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, spacious rooms, and pool area. Many found the rooms comfortable and enjoyed the sea views. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly in pet-friendly rooms, and inconsistent service, with some guests experiencing poor customer service and unhelpful staff. Some areas of the hotel were described as dated, and there were occasional complaints about maintenance and accessibility. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as value for money, helpful staff in some cases, and amenities like the pool contributed to enjoyable stays for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
