This place was a dump. The room was dirty. The room had bed bugs. The staff told us that every room has bedbugs. They also stated that all the hotels I. Miami have bedbugs. They do not! Do not waste your money on this dump!

Pros (+) The bel man was amazing. Helped us with our bags and helped us with our room as well. Gary was very friendly and helpful. The people in the lobby or checked is in were amazing g and one of the guys remembered me for the day before. Very good hospitality!
Cons (-) I wish they were not doing construction right next to our room, but I understand the room had to be fixed! It was just really loud and it was hard to sleep because it was right next to us.

Cons (-) No bed upkeep unless you pre-schedule. Major construction (50% rooms) yet no mention on their own booking site. Beach chairs old, some broken, not enough though available but locked.

Pros (+) Nothing hotel super deteriorated dirty and was under renovation which was never anounced..... elevaters out of service.... stafff was rude specially the night manager vincent....and the rooms were super old and dirty... we found sand and cigarette buts in the balcony and sheets...

Pros (+) Location was the only thing I can give as good, ok we will say it’s clean nothing else
Cons (-) To expensive, you have to pay for everything, nothing included, they say kitchen but have only a micro way and a little fridge no plates no forks or nothing else, so even if we bring food nothing to eat, for the beach they only give you two old towels and a chair no umbrella cause you have to pay extra, no food you have to pay, advertise as kitchen and parking but have to pay 20$ per day for parki...

Cons (-) The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The hallway to the rooms are outdated and has a funky smell. The beds are in desperate need of new mattresses. Could most definitely use an update.
