Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.

Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Pros: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Cons: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Pros: Ability to plug into a movie or music and go to sleep

Cons: Not being woke up to find out if I want something to eat or drink. Aisle seat and i was being knocked a lot. I had been up over 30 hours and was exhausted.

Pros: The crew was very good and very attentive!

Cons: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Cons: I got there an hour early and was told I couldn’t board. That is ridiculous! I am never flying interjet

Cons: Almost no leg room, no entertainment other than the radio, food was pretty bad and my bag got broken and ruined. There were kids running and screaming all through the flight with no intervention from the crew.

Pros: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Cons: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Cons: Luggage drop was severely understaffed. We had checked in, had boarding passes but there was a 45 minute wait just to drop off a checked bag.

Pros: Crew is always friendly

Cons: Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is.

Cons: On time performance. Barely made my connecton, because of flight delay. Seems like only 1 in 5 flights are on time according to flightaware.com.

Pros: After not letting us on the flight, they airline re-routed us, which ended up working out well. they were patient and reassuring when doing so.

Cons: Our Hamburg flight was 10-15 mins late. We arrived at the gate for our next leg to find the doors locked 10 mins before flight departure. They knew we were on a connector that was late but just bumped us off.

Cons: They delayed the flight like 5 different times and then the luggage took over a half hour

Pros: The check in process was wildly understaffed, which caused our flight to take off over an hour late. The staff allowed a severely intoxicated man on the plane, and wasted our time reseating him to the front, and allowing another man to get off the plane. The staff also did not quiet down outrageously loud passengers, and spent about half an hour confusing them about where their carry in luggage had to go.

Cons: There was almost a 1 hour delay in boarding...there was no annoucement was so ever as to delay time frame expexted to board etc.Explanation was given when on the plane.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: The crew was friendly. The airline brought out some snacks for the passengers after an hour or so.

Cons: There was a mechanical failure. We all had to deplane. The flight was delayed longer than the travel time to the destination.

Pros: I liked that they kept us updated on the flight delays. We were delayed departing from the airport, as well as in landing (this was due to weather conditions). The staff appeared courteous.

Cons: I didn't like that they took a long time to load bags onto the plane. For an international flight to be delayed by this, it can be frustrating. Fortunately, I didn't have a connection, but some passengers did, and I hope they weren't delayed. Also, while it was nice that they had entertainment options, it seemed pretty expensive (~$8 for new movies, and ~$6 for VERY old movies (like from the 2000s)). I suppose that's the cost of entertainment, but I have flown with Virgin America airline and they seemed to have more reasonable pricing/better selection.

Cons: The seats were dirty and the snack choices are not healthy at all.

Pros: The crew welcoming passengers misdirected me and my mom a number of times. It took a completely different staff member to intervene just to let the crew of 6-7 allow me to use a POS terminal to print off my tickets. Following this, I was sent to various gates where the gate-keepers restricted me from access.

Cons: I normally take other airlines. The other airlines offer my mom who is a fragile senior citizens the opportunity to be in a wheelchair and given some kind of help. I am appalled by the staff that AM who had boundless determination to treat us as though we were not paying customers as they barricaded the POS terminals. It is appalling that because of these 6-7 people who were there bright and early (just as we were), that the airport later descended into chaos. My point is that their outrageous carelessness (on December 20th) brought greater problems to the flights that could have been avoided. Beyond myself or my mom who should be prioritized given her condition, were treated like cattle and perhaps were deliberately sent to walk around the airport aimlessly. This is a bad reflection on Sunwing.

Cons: No phone chargers, tight seating, not obvious how to raise arm rests, second movie was very dumb ( bird watching).

Pros: The crew was ok, it felt like we were getting as little information as possible from either the flight attendants and the captain. The seats were horrible and honestly this will be my last flight with United.

Cons: Having the crew care and go through what to expect during the flight. United has the worst seats I’ve been on the plain had an insane and annoying rattle by the windows and the pilot could barley get through a sentence without stuttering or relaying wrong information.

Pros: Crew was ok. Seat was ok. Unknowingly booked basic economy which was the worst. You are treated like you're nothing.

Cons: Cancel the entire basic economy class. It's awful

Pros: Gate agent recognized that we barely made the connection from an Auckland flight, so she moved us to more-comfortable seats. Flight left on time and arrived early.

Cons: Luggage did not make the transfer, but it was a tight connection.

Cons: FOOD was atrocious! The worst I had ever tried to eat! I believe the packaging would have tasted better than the so called food! I'm a petite person but I was extremely uncomfortable for 11 hours and to top it off we paid extra for upgraded seats! Never again will I fly American!

Cons: The flight had many delays due to weather issues. We had to refuel in a different airport before arriving with 5 or 6 hours delayed. That happens but the crew was very mean and brutal to answer questions and very poor to hold the stress of the travelers.
