Pros: The check in process was wildly understaffed, which caused our flight to take off over an hour late. The staff allowed a severely intoxicated man on the plane, and wasted our time reseating him to the front, and allowing another man to get off the plane. The staff also did not quiet down outrageously loud passengers, and spent about half an hour confusing them about where their carry in luggage had to go.

Cons: Boarding delay of 50 min with no notice. We could have taken the kids to the restroom earlier, however we kept waiting as we thought that we'll board any minute. Aircraft looked dated, seats not too comfortable.
Pros: I got to come back home! The fly was delayed due to a technical issue that required a part to be sourced. Unfortunately, the part was not available in the local shop (YVR-Vancouver) Instead they had to fly the part to be replaced from (YYZ-Toronto) The good fortune for us is that the hotel did allow us to use their facilities and enjoy their F&B all with the exception of a room to lay. They allowed pools and lounge chairs which is just as well. I am not trying to be critical but have the delayed occur while we were at the Airport-It would have been a killer way to close a vacation! Check-in agent was superb. She was very helpful and understanding and really a super star
Cons: Lack of information by local agents either by the design or just by being left in the dark. The Airport staff was not knowledgeable either they were very sympathetic and accommodating (more so than the Nexus-Local Agents) I am sure is beyond their power and is not something they have power or control over. It was bad luck! I would hate to be the incoming passengers as it meant they lost a whole afternoon.
Cons: I don’t understand the concept of the ability to use your mobile device for entertainment, yet not having a power source to charge your device.

Cons: We had premium economy seats and they were hard as rocks and there was nowhere to stow our personal items since we were just behind the wall to first class. It was an extremely uncomfortable flight. Bring your own seat cushions.

The price was not super competitive and on top they give you mediocre Seats, they split your family members just to push you to pay for the upgrades.

Cons: This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA
Cons: Not enough washrooms for # of people. Denied us of from WR. Food carts blocked WR access to most people for long periods of time.
Cons: They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell.

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.
Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.
Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.
Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.
Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!

Pros: The flight attendants were unfriendly and not very attentive. Although one person did get sick and caused the crew to be shorthanded that’s no excuse to not smile and be friendly. I wanted to throw away some beverage cups and no flight attendant came through for almost an hour. The food sucked.
Cons: Much better food, even though we were economy class the food could have been better. Also, I was told and researched that there would be an AC outlet at my seat and all there was is a USB port. I rented a portable CPAP machine and couldn’t use it. Cost me $120.
Pros: I liked that they kept us updated on the flight delays. We were delayed departing from the airport, as well as in landing (this was due to weather conditions). The staff appeared courteous.
Cons: I didn't like that they took a long time to load bags onto the plane. For an international flight to be delayed by this, it can be frustrating. Fortunately, I didn't have a connection, but some passengers did, and I hope they weren't delayed. Also, while it was nice that they had entertainment options, it seemed pretty expensive (~$8 for new movies, and ~$6 for VERY old movies (like from the 2000s)). I suppose that's the cost of entertainment, but I have flown with Virgin America airline and they seemed to have more reasonable pricing/better selection.

I was offered expressed check-in since my luggage was lost on my arrival, but by the time they identified me to do so, it didn't make much difference in terms of my wait time. No gate arranged/available on arrival to Toronto, so we waited even longer again on the flight.

So we had to cancel our reservation and get refunded... except American says talk to royal jordanian, royal jordanian says talk to air booking. Air booking isn’t reimbursing us and want US to pay $400.
