Cons: The only little tiny downside was that I found it a bit difficult to figure out at what office to book the car when we returned from our cruise at Miami Cruise Port. Booked over the internet and booked at one office but, when we arrived at the port the shuttle took us to the airport and the office there. Booked over the internet.

Cons: Lack of power in car. For a 2.0 litre it sure didnt feel like one. Felt like an economy car engine forced into a SUV. Lack of USB charging ports, when 3 people have phones and a Sat Nav, this can become frustrating on long journeys

Cons: The fact that the corporate office was overbooking during the holiday season when everyone has plans. This is absolutely unacceptable to the customer and is unfair to the poor staff who ends up paying and putting up with the disgruntled customers.

Cons: There were only 2 people at the counter and almost 50 people in line.We had to wait almost 45 minutes in line before getting to the counter. This resulted in getting us late to our destination.

Cons: Pick up in Miami took a while. I allowed them not to clean the car in order to cut down the wait time. The car was in good condition except for something nasty on the seat belt that got on my girlfriends shirt.

Cons: What I really needed was a car/SUV/van for 6 people and 5 bags, what they had was a 15 passenger van. I had to put the bags in the last two rows of seats, but it worked. Because of the size I had to add commercial insurance. My family complained that van smelled bad, but I thought it seemed typical for a passenger van with cloth seats. No "new car" smell like you might get in regular car rentals.

Cons: The car had clearly not been cleaned before being turned over to me. Not a big deal... I mean it was still cleaner than my car has been in five years, but it was weird to get a dirty rental.

Cons: No cars were available even though we booked it and I called twice in advance to make sure we would have a car available. I went down to the pickup location and staff were unhelpful and rude. I found a car at Hertz and did not use this enterprise booking. Unbelievably poor job by all.

Cons: Staff at the valet in the building attached was very rude on the other hand. But the staff at enterprise made up for awful valet guys.

Cons: This was the worst rental experience of my life, by far. I reserved a full size car over a week in advance. When I called to confirm (an hour before my pick up time), the clerk indicated they had only small cars and it was a take it or leave it. My trip was delayed 3+ hours.

Cons: I had a reservation but they were overbooked and I never got a car.

Cons: Car was not cleaned before I received it. The car smelled really funny for a 2016. Hertz does not have a mechanism to replace credit card on a prepaid transaction!! Unbelievable!!

Cons: Ich habe ein Auto am Miami Airport bestellt. Als ich zum Hertz ging hatten sie keine Bestellung im Datenbank. Nach etwa 20 Minuten kam es heraus dass ich eigentlich gar nicht am Airport bestellt habe sondern in Doral... wer bitte sollte ein Auto in eine andere Stadtteil bestellen? Auf jeden Fall wenn ich es bei denen abhole kostet mir ja doppelt so viel +steuern und Versicherungen. Nachdem ich abgelehnt habe wurde mein Karte trotzdem belastet. Also finger weg!

Cons: I informed i was picking the car up at 6pm when i booked and neither kayak or hertz website informed me the location would be closing at 6.... i got there a little sfter 6 and could not get the car. I ended up having an additional cost of over $50 on three taxis because of thid. One from the airport to the location, then another one to my house and finally one the next morning going to the rental location to pick up the car. This is unacceptable. Kayak should inform the customers that pick up at the same time the store closes should not be allowed. Next time i will book dorectly with the rental company and bypass Kayak

Cons: I did both like dealing with a virtual agent for pickup. I also did not appreciate that I had to say no to the upsell or I would have been charged and placed in a larger vechicle; and why $40/day for insurance? That seems steep.

Cons: I had to buy the third party liability insurance at the counter. Wish I could do that online.

Cons: I came twenty minutes after getting the quote, the quote wasn't in the system yet and the woman rep told me to wait 20 minutes or pay $375 more than what I was quotes, I patiently waited twenty minutes but the price was more because she said she had to charge me for a week when it was only 5.5 days that I required the car and I'd already gotten the lower quote which she then said was in the system. She told me I absolutely needed a $52 sunpass even when I said I was staying not near Miami. She lied and told me I absolutely required insurance addition and was angry when I already paid extra for Amex primary insurane on vehicle, she said that wasn't good and I needed theirs. She was furious when I said I didn't want Dollar to refill gas and that I would and said I would pay a lot more doing it that way. As mentioned she absolutely did not honor the quote I got through Kayak even though I was there at the time for which the quote was relevant. The base rate was more as was the tax. When I went to pick up compact car, the guy in the garage said they only had minivans or a huge chevy SUV but I hate driving a big car (for gas mileage and also I just feel more comfortable in small car which is why I booked the small time. He said I'd have to wait another hour or so for a smaller car so we waited. It was more like 40 minutes but still, why didn't she tell me there were no cpmpact cars (btw, there were mid-size cars available and not luxury but he wouldn't let me take one of those, only a minivan or huge Chevy SUV). He insisted minivans get great fuel economy. The whole thing was absurd, I wound up spending so much more than my original quote and waiting about an hour and half at desk (for un-honored quote to come in and then to wait for a small car) from time I got to Dollar. The car drove fine but in daylight it had chips and scratches everywhere, not a problem but just FYI. The worst rental experience by far that I have ever had. Back to Enterprise or any other company really. They knew they had me by the balls because it was nearly midnight and I was exhausted. She seemed so nice originally but then turned into a really evil and pushy person when we spoke about the rate.

Cons: online booking WAS $249 got to the counter at Miami international airport and "paulette" gave me the $663......!!!!! walked away and got $359 from National..... never trust dollar rent a car

Cons: Pick up was hard since they did not understand the process. The page said our overall rate included toll pass and we paid extra for that since ir was not included, however, at the end it was good!

Cons: Pick up and drop off were rediculously slow and understaffed. Waiting 30 minutes to get car after getting paperwork. Understaffed at return- also waited 30 minutes to check in with car.

Cons: AC was not cooling. When you rent online you see one price, when you come you have to pay more. In a car they don't put any navigator holder. It is difficult to hold your navigator in one hand and driving a car at the same time. No chargers for mobile phones.

Cons: The price was over double the quoted price. Insurance was over 50$ a day and they charge in excess of 10$ a day for a sun pass even if you don’t use it every day. At return the line was an hour long I almost missed my flight and I got to the airport 2 1/2 hours early worst rental car company ever

Cons: Was not clean. Charged an extra $10 for a "different drop off" location when in fact I booked the same location in Kayak, and confirmed with the staff before getting the vehicle that there would be no charge.

Cons: Long slow lines at Bedget Miami. Took an hour waiting in line. When I got to the counter , my transaction took about 3:5 minutes total.

Cons: I was charged an extra hour because I did not realize they only allowed 29 min. I think that should have been mentioned when I got the car. I am accustomed to a one hour grace period. This is like a got you. In addition they do not have enough workers upon your return so you might spend 10 min waiting. I don't plan to use Budget the next time i rent a car.

Cons: ACE rent a car has a limit 150/day mileage, a falls advertisement They charge $10/day for additional driver They do not give the final invoice you need to check credit card statement and you cannot attached expense bill to my company All in all scam company with bad taste, never again will rent from them.

Cons: The price on Kayak was 59$, at the end the renting price including all things that they say you can not say no was 164$. When I get back the car they asked me money for a scratch. Lucky me I had taken a picture at the beginning or they would have asked for that money too.

Cons: Complete scam! They advertise a low price and then OBLIGE you to add triple the cost to your rental for things that are not necessary at other agencies. For example, we included insurance to our reservation and once we arrived, they tried conning us into another insurance on top of that, saying "without it, they could not rent is the car". When we went to get a quote from another car rental service (called ALAMO,which we saw online was a bit more pricey), they ended up offering us a much more economical price in the end than Ace. And they only required us to pay one insurance. ACE is a total SCAM!

Cons: I had to pay double from somewhere else getting a rental that day.

Cons: By far the worse place ever.. Left stranded in Miami no pickup.. Taxi fare not reimbursed. Rude rude people.. So many hidden costs. I was sick when I heard this and to top it all got sent an additional bill for toll that they forgot I guess no way.. Take it out of my taxi fare.. Never again.. I have really had all car retal companies really but I really never experienced this.. Make sure to check for the hidden costs I went fro 460 dollar to 670 Bummer as had not expected this..

Cons: Personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Despite canceling this transaction with ACE, a mysterious charge of $36 showed up on my credit card statement. I disputed it, and was awarded a refund. However, I should not have had to. ACE should have canceled the insurance at the moment the car was canceled.

Cons: Pick up took Forever!!! They were so slow we were in line for over an hour!! Also they are not located in the airport like the other car rentals so we waited for a shuttle for 45 minutes.

Cons: The cars I could see from a distance as I left 2 hours after arriving at the FOX rental car office, on an Uber (the shuttle driver was on a much deserved break) were clean and looked very comfortable. I am a frequent Fox Rental customer. The chance to rewrite this review when FOX has time to respond.

Cons: Reasons why NOT to rent a car here: 1. Prices are deceiving. They ended up charging 2X what the website said 2. The office is outside the Car Rental Centre, which means that in addition to the train you have to take a shuttle 3. When returning our vehicle, we had to wait 30+ minutes to take the shuttle because the driver was on a break. If you're offering a 24/7 business, shuttles should be available every 10 minutes. In summary, I recommend taking your business elsewhere and saving yourself a headache

Cons: They did not give us the car we selected on line when we made the reservation. The pickup and drop off addresses that appear on line aere not correct neither updated.

Cons: When I went to the designated spot to pick up my car, it was not the car I had rented and I did not notice it until I was at the exit gate. The car was the correct color and make (Mazda) but not the correct model. However, the client service agent quickly resolved my issue and I left in the car I was already packed into. Great solution. She did not make me unpack my car and find another car in another aisle. Unfortunately, this change did result in some communication problem when I dropped the car off at FT Myers. The car would not scan in. Don't know if it is related or not, but either way that was a small delay. The agent there was very nice though and did another work around so that I would not be delayed for my departure.

Cons: The service specialist upgraded my vehicle from Full Size SUV to Premium SUV, but ended up giving me a Ford Expedition.

Cons: Poor luggage space. It's really a two person car. That's not what I rented, but it was "all they had" when I went to pick it up.

Cons: There were a lot of hidden fees. what was supposed to be $60 turned out to be double that amount - the insurance charged in advance is not the insurance they require you to buy at the time you are signing the papers etc. when i told the employee they should be more transparent he told me "if car rental companies were transparent, how would they make any money?"

Cons: The guy on the pickup counter told me that if i get third party insurance and some one else hits me I would have to bear the entire cost. I think he did that to sell me an upscale insurance.

Cons: When I arrived they told me they didn't have any cars in the rented class (Economy) or any class for that matter - they could only give me a mini van (not very mini) unless I wanted to wait 1-2 hours (and then no guarantee) then told me a manager wasn't available then someone who's luxury car wasn't available asked if they had one (somehow no problem they said they could borrow a mustang convertible from Budget) when I asked why they couldn't borrow one for me they laughed that I had rented an economy where I told them I didn't care what I got as long as it wasn't something that the gas would cost more than the car - I had to raise my voice in order to get a manager called and approve a car that though not economy or compact was nowhere near the size of a mini van overall a stressful, frustrating experience

Cons: When we got to the airport we waited for almost two hours! There was NO organization, instructions or directions. We had spent the last 6 hours traveling and didn't expect to wait so long. We called the day before our rental was due back to possibly drop it off early since our flight was so early and I was terrified that it would be hard to bring he car back. They said sure you can, for an additional 80.00!

Cons: Someone returned a car that was not operating properly. They ran it through the wash and rented it to another client while he waited for a different car. He pointed this out and the agent did nothing. He said it was not a safe car. Nothing was done. We also waited 45 minutes for our car. Didn't like the fact that the previous car was not safe. Not a good rental experience.

Cons: When getting the car, they want sell you a lot of extra option, some of them are very good (e.g. toll by plate), others depend on you (e.g. insurances, full tank). I would recommend to read the options in advance, as you might be in a hurry. We didn't find the car directly as it was on the parking side of another company and didn't follow the normal ennumeration. The people around the parking (not E-Z) were not helpful and sent us back to E-Z, but finally we've found it.

Had to call my insurance company in emergency to solve this issue. Big delays to pick up the car. Very stressful. No help from EZ rental car agent but only adding more stress to this situation... Very disappointing...

Cons: Rental costs of Sunpass roadway toll device were not clear at first. Upon clarification though, the device rental was easily removed from the contract at pickup. Slight damage on car observed at pickup was not already noted, but when I reported it before taking possession of the car, the damage was easily documented.

Cons: Total disaster! The line was ridiculous! The manager was "helping" it was such a disaster. He was more interested in texting and talking on the phone to deal with office issues than help or serve customers. Got a downgraded car when they didn't have the car I signed up for rather than an upgrade. No change in price just a crappier car! Car was not cleaned out! Lots of scrapes on car. Attendants to pick up car could not even communicate. The kind of motioned and pointed and grunted in the direction of the car. When I told them about the car being not cleaned on the inside and smelled like HEAVY smoke they shrugged and walked away. Drop off was also a joke. Beginning to end it was a totally horrible experience. WOWWW!! and not in a good way.

Cons: The car was infested with tiny biting spider/ant looking things. We drove all the way to key west trying to figure out where these bugs were coming from, and realized the whole car was infested and they were crawling on our legs and biting us. Disgusting doesn't even begin to describe our experience.
