Couldn’t beat a one day rental for $22. Pick up was fairly easy although the guy in front of me in line took forever. Car was ready to go, clean, no cigarette smells or anything else that was obnoxious, full tank of gas. Return was just as easy and by the time I got in the shuttle, I had my receipt. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes and the driver was a really nice guy and safely drove us back-and-forth. I’ve rented from this facility before and while it does take a little more time because you need to take a shuttle bus from the rental car center, you do save a lot more money.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026

Pros - None Cons - Wait time to get a car is 1 - 2 hours (I am not kidding) - Wait time in line to get a car is 1 - 2 hours. - Line is always out the door. - No cars are available in a timely fashion. - If your license is damaged, you are SOL (even though they know who you are). - You can not rebook the car rental in real time at the counter if you have trouble. - I ended up taking an Uber to the Miami Car Rental Center at the airport and got a Car Rental there (I know, it's that bad). Overall it's a really bad discount Car Rental facility. I will not do business with these places ever again. Getting a car from here can ruin your trip. Just book the Car Rental from a reputable brand at the airport and reduce the cost of your airfare or hotel to offset it.Reviewed 6 Feb 2025

Great price and car. Agents were good. Foreign renters needed more time to understand the process slowing the line down to rent. Drop off was fast friendly and efficient.Reviewed 2 Nov 2024

Worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. We had booked a van months in advanced. Our flight times had been changed by the airline about a month prior to our trip. Fox NEVER reached out to us to explain there is only a 6 hour grace window of time from arrival to when they will hold your car for you. We had no idea. So after a very long travel day we take the shuttle to their off-site facility 20 min away (another thing we didn’t realize because the website said they were located AT the airport), we were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were like 45 min passed the grace window of arrival and they had no other cars. We had two small children with us and they were completely unhelpful and showed no remorse. NEVER EVER book with this company.Reviewed 21 Oct 2023

I prepaid for my reservation and when I went to pick up my car, they told me they did not have any cars available leaving me stranded in an area that I was not familiar with. And also they have not refund my money.Reviewed 17 Oct 2023

I did receive a good car but I was lied to on the front desk. I was supposed to pay $500 and a $200 deposit, which I never received back.Reviewed 1 Oct 2023
