They made it seem like they were based at the airport and they were not. Shuttle took an hour to come pick up to get the car. Car smelled like smoke. In drop off I needed to call uber in order to get to my flight on time.Reviewed 30 Apr 2025

Everything was great until car return. The attendant was nowhere to be seen so I went inside, waited 10-min in line only to be sent back outside. Still, no attendant to be seen. I walked over to the exit gate attendant, and asked if she could check me in. Without speaking, she just pointed. After a little back and forth, I realized she was pointing to the guy sitting in a closed car playing on his phone. Seemingly confused (I was standing outside his car with my contract and key in hand), he asked me what I needed. I explained to him that I had been there for a while and then went inside and stood in line for 10-minutes. Without apology, he said twice that he didn’t see me drive in.Reviewed 18 Apr 2025

Hard to get picked up, fecility is very dirty, customer service very poor. I was not able to gwt a car ftom this location. I was there for an hour and i was tild that no debit card acepped. Evern with credit card they require $500 deposit.Reviewed 18 Apr 2025

They charge a lot of hidden fees that you don’t know about until you get there. Every customer in line questioned there hidden fees so I know it wasn’t just a concern of mine. The fees were more than the cost of the rental.Reviewed 15 Apr 2025

Booked a car the day before rental to start. Got confirmation email. Later in evening, apparently got an email that they were cancelling rental, as “car was not available.” Did not see email until in airport, in layover, before final leg of trip. Just luck I noticed it. Do not rent a car, if you don’t have the car to rent. The way you would want a company to respond would be as follows: “We apologize to inform you that the vehicle class you booked is unavailable - for your rental period. So, we have instead upgraded your rental to the next, higher rental class. We appreciate your business.” That’s it. THAT’s how you handle it. Please see the Jerry Seinfeld episode about rental cars….
