First off, it took forever to get the vehicle out of the garage, because they only had two tellers working. And after explaining to the lady that I have to make a 700 mile trip and requesting an economy gas vehicle, I was given an electronic vehicle without asking or being told so I had to get the vehicle towed to a charging station. It took me 11 hours to get to Daytona Beach. Where the lady at the airport was kind enough to exchange it for a different car.
