They told me it was in my interest to get the unlimited tolls package because there was 3 tolls alone between the airport and where I was going. They neglected to tell me these tolls were .50 each. FELT RIPPED OFF!!!!Hertz

Not waiting an hour in the waiting room for my rental. Service was slow only one person working. Car broke down and it took us three days to get a new one after sitting on hold for 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Will never rent from them againAlamo

This was the worst rental experience of my life, by far. I reserved a full size car over a week in advance. When I called to confirm (an hour before my pick up time), the clerk indicated they had only small cars and it was a take it or leave it. My trip was delayed 3+ hours.10.0 Wonderful
