The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. Kayak should consider removing them from their search results. This company does not treat customers with respect. I actually never picked up my rental because no one was at the counter and I called them and a manager was supposed to come help me. I waited for 2hrs and at 1am I said forget it and got a car from Avis. There were half a dozen others in my situation with Payless. Horrendous service and total disrespect to paying customers.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2023
