My car was broken into while staying at the hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly - hair all over the bathroom floor. Bar and restaurant very shoddy. The manager didn’t care, didn’t apologize, refused to provide any kind of refund or accommodation. They deserve to go out of business.

Pros (+) I liked everything about this hotel from the moment i booked it & from the moment i got there. Parking lot was great, reception was even better, the room was excellent & amazing. Pros (+) The stay overall was great. Clean, big room, & bathroom. They even provided some good channels on direct tv to watch while staying which is a bonus.
Cons (-) While checking in, receptionist was not friendly and did not go into detail of why I was getting charged 200 deposit.
