Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, there are frequent complaints about long elevator wait times due to shared use with other businesses in the building, and several guests mention that the rooms are quite small. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value and amenities, such as free snacks and drinks, are appreciated by many guests.
