Location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the town centre. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Well cooked full english breakfast served with lovely china crockery. 100% recommended.

Brookfield house offered a warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms with free Wifi and a fantastic individually cooked breakfast which arrived prompt and hot. One of the best value Hotels I have ever stayed in.

The inflexibility of the owner who when advised that I would be arriving at 10.00 seemed to think that this was a long time to stay up. Bearing in mind the reason I usually stay at a B & B is because I am not finishing work at the usual time. Breakfast was also served at what I consider to be the late time of 7.30 when I had to leave by 7.15
