Pros (+) Great north Keys location, nice decor in boathouse, great fishing off the back of boat for kids, nice pool, sweet tenants around us, quiet location.
Cons (-) Was told we would pay when we arrived but were expected to pay in full right after reserving, front office staff was nice mostly but also rude at times, marina and toilets reeked, no stovetop, most of the lights didn’t work in the boat, no lights outside of boat, public bathhouse had no water pressure and cycled from hot to cold on and off during 5 minute shower (women’s).
