Superb location for exploring the local area. Excellent facilities and the staff all went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after and felt valued. All very commendable considering the uncertainties within the hospitality trade that continued to unfurl during our stay.
The room was very roomy very clean breakfast was excellent couldn't fault anything
Everything was perfect
The hotel was well-positoned, near to the centre of Ironbridge, but just above the flood level, with beauticul views of the river. The room was fine - always warm- and could be converted into a connecting room if required. The food was exceptionally good, with dinner in the restaurant of a much higher fine dining standard than we had expected. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and never seemed to mind being summoned to serve, even if you were the only person in the bar, and they were elsewhere in the hotel. I would certainly ecommend the hotel and hope to return in the not-too-distant future.
The entrance steps were rather steep, but looked as if they were about to be repaired, so perhaps this will be changed to accommodate less able visitors.
The staff were amazing I arrived very late they made me food. They were so nice and friendly
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Lovely spacious room which was very comfortable.
Ah.Best Western Valley Hotel. A stunning retreat located in the breathtakingly beautiful World Heritage site of Ironbridge, just four miles from Telford. Words may not do the AA 3 star Georgian House justice, but when we tell you that the hotel overlooks the River Severn, is bordered by beautiful parkland, has 44 individual ensuite bedrooms, and full conference and banqueting facilities and lies within easy reach of museums and attractions that showcase this world famous area and its industrial heritage, the scene should be well and truly set! The 2 AA rosette awarded Chez Maw Restaurant offers a full á la carte menu with a selection of modern European cuisine, and offers views of the stunning valley (as does the adjoining bar area) to provide a unique and relaxing experience for all guests. Excellent service, award wining food in a fantastic location, make this hotel almost indescribable! Enjoy your stay.
