Comfy bed, nice food, friendly staff walk into Tenby
No wardrobe in room but soon got sorted
The breakfast was first class.
The rooms were lovely, large and clean, as was the whole hotel. The staff were very obliging. Breakfast was good. Drinks prices in the bar were reasonable £6 for a Baileys and a Southern Comfort and lemonade
We were on the ground floor and our patio doors would not lock. The staff told us every day that it would be fixed today or tomorrow, but it never was. The receptionist seemed at a loss to understand why we would have a problem as, as she pointed out, there was a safe in our room.. Perhaps she thought we could lock ourselves in the safe at night? We only ate in the hotel for the first night as the menu didn't really appeal to us and the only thing on it that we liked was good, but not as good as we expected for the price
Friendly team, nice bar area, good breakfast.
Currently undergoing some improvements, so gym was closed for our visit. We had two rooms and one of them had a very small bathroom which is need of some modernization
Excellent restaurant and bar with welcoming and very friendly staff.
Within walking distance of the sandy beachfront at Tenby in the United Kingdom, the Heywood Spa Hotel provides a welcoming spot for the leisure or even business traveler. Around a mile or so from Tenby Castle and just a few miles further to Carew and Manorbrier Castles, the hotel is also a beachgoer's favorite. There is a concierge, ticket desk, business service center, and free parking, as well as a very popular in-house restaurant, the Heywood Brasserie, serving traditional British favorites.
