Great location, nice staff, great amenities for the price! Very quiet and pretty clean overall. Never had any issues getting a sink or a shower stall, if they were full up I just went to another floor. Nice place overall, will definitely be back next time I'm in Tokyo.
Overall the place was clean but the bathroom areas need to be cleaned more. The shower stall had the same pieces of hair in it for 2 days. Powder room area was often littered with hair too. Also my bed was placed at the end of the 3rd floor, right next to the smoking balcony. It was not nosy but it got smelly, and cigarette smoke tends to give me a headache. So I had to leave the fan by my bed on 24/7 because women would come down at like 3am to smoke. With the fan on and curtain to my bed closed it mostly kept the smell out but I recommend you ask not to be placed near there if you're not a smoker.
Great location; a good spot to explore the city from, but also just an interesting and vibrant area in and of itself. Loved the sauna and heated foot bath-thing -- very nice after a long day of walking around!
bed was not the most comfortable; felt like there were very many guests (which some might take a good sign)
So many restaurants surrounding
The hotel location is quite confusing, there is 3 same name centurion on the said place, it takes me 30 minutes to trace the exact place
Hot bath is great after a cold day or a long day of walking, sauna is also good, communal area is large and has free coffee, earl grey, green and oolong tea (a microwave and mini oven too but I didn’t use them). Showers are clean with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bathrooms have hairdryers, cleansing oil, toner and moisturiser. Beds were okay, a little small but big enough for me (roughly 168cm tall) with a TV (Japanese channels only). 3 mins walk away from Akasaka-Mitsuke station.
Not much. Some of the staff had a little trouble understanding us but not really...
Initially came to Tokyo with the idea we’d stay here for 3 nights and move onto a new hostel, but we liked it so much we stayed for 10 nights total. Clean and quiet even with so many beds in the room. The bed spaces come with a shelf, light, mirror, short rail and tv, as well as towels changed each day for no extra charge. Great skin and haircare toiletries available free of charge. Just a few minutes walk from both Akasaka and Akasaka-Mitsuke stations and had lots of bars and restaurants around the property.
The rules are quite strict, and keeping your shoes under lock and key takes a bit of getting used to, but never actually had a problem with any of it.
