One Word: Wow! Absolutely Value for Price
The room is really clean with room service everyday. Staffs are friendly and speak English very very very well. Toiletries replenish everyday. The surrounding of the hotel is in a beautiful and quiet district. I hope the next time I come to Tokyo, I can still reserve a room.
The bathroom is kind of too small, a turn in the shower required some squeezing. Around 10 minutes walk from Hotel to Nezu Metro Station and 15-20 minutes walk from Hotel to Keisei Ueno/JR Ueno Station through the Ueno Park, which is quite far in some sense.

Clean
Small and uncomfortable bed. We booked a room for two people. The bed was tiny. The room had only one set of towels. I think it was pretty clearly meant for 1 person. When I spoke with the front desk they insisted that no, it was for two and quickly brought up additional towels and such. But really, you can't sleep two people on a tiny bed. I literally walked the streets of Tokyo for most of the night so my wife could sleep. I won't be staying here again.
