The hotel is conveniently located to Haneda Airport, and it offered shuttle service to the airport, which facilitated our transfer there. Given that we chose the hotel for this purpose, it was adequate to our needs, but I felt it was a bit pricey given the accommodations (our stay in similar accommodations in central Tokyo was less expensive).

Pros (+) Ok, it's close to Haneda airport. That part is good. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Provides free airport shuttle.
Cons (-) JAL City has two hotels there. Their upscale and their West Wing. On Kayak, at least when I looked at the two, the West Wing was a little more expensive. I thought that meant it was the better of the two. Nope. The restaurant, the large lobby are in the regular hotel. I'm assuming the more luxurious rooms may be also.
