The hotel is located within the historic Tokyo Station in Marunouchi, a small commercial district tucked between Tokyo Station and the sprawling Imperial Palace. The popular and historic Imperial Palace Garden and Tokyo Imperial Palace are both within walking distance of the popular Ginza shopping district to the south. A huge advantage for guests is being able to walk directly from the hotel into the station to catch public transportation for easy access to other parts of the city. Haneda Airport is a 20-minute drive or 40 minutes by public transportation.

Pros (+) House keeping was immaculate, concierge (Ms. Saito) was incredibly helpful. She even helped us buy Disneyland tickets, and helped me find my way around tokyo.
Cons (-) The hallways are really long. Toiletries are drying to skin and hair. You can hear the trains in some Hallways
