Pros:Location was perfect; everything was great - good facility, super-competent staff.

Pros:Great facility. But in this day and age. Free WiFi is a must.

Cons:I did not like the fact the wanted to bill me 25$ extra for Internet when I checked out. When I did my reservation it was all included and then I did realice neither breakfast nor Internet was included. Very disappointed!!
Cons:The room was dusty and the bathroom had hair on the floor.You charge a premium to be onsite at Pearson Airport but the quality of the room was not good.

Pros:Stayed here for the location as we had a very early flight. Started off very well with a very quiet floor and comfortable room. The manager was good when I did get to talk to him about noise concerns.
Cons:The lobby is loud and chaotic and full of people waiting for their flights at 10:00pm. Biggest issue was noise that was either coming from hotel or from a party at the race track. Super loud house music. This was not handled well by the staff when I called about it. Also the staff kept answering the phone Mr and my last name, which is very 1960's as the reservation was in my name and my husband and I don't have the same name and my name is Dr anyway.The noise went on until 11:00 and I had to wake up at 3:45am to catch my flight.
Pros:Had a very early international flight. The Sheraton Gateway's location at thee Toronto Airport let us rest easy the night before knowing we were just a walkway and airport tram ride to Terminal 1 for our Flight. The hotel is located at Terminal 3. Our rental car return was under the hotel at the airport as well - just perfect for us.
Pros:Is the closest to airport. Best hotel for travelers.
