The staff were very helpful and tried hard to please us as a family - setting up appropriate beds for our small children.
The sound proofing of the rooms was awful. The attitude of the other guests was totally unacceptable. The men in the room below continued to have a party in their room until 4am - despite the young member of staff asking them to keep the noise down. They were rude and obnoxious to the staff and completely unaware of their antisocial behaviour. If this is a reflection of the kind of people who stay at this hotel, then it is a real shame as the staff and facilities were fine. The walls were paper thin, and this exhaibated the problem. I wouldn't stay here again because of the other guests.
