Cons (-) Picked the hotel because they had a hot tub. In fact I called to verify the hours. When I arrived there was one hour left on the operating hours. When I got in the tub was cold. I went and talked to them at the front desk and they said they have been having trouble with the hot tub. But they assured me it would be ready the next morning at 6. Cons (-) The room had obviously not been used or cleaned in some time. There was a stale smell when I entered, and even the bathroom counter was dusty. The lamps in the bedroom were unplugged, and there was so much dust behind the furniture I only plugged one back in. Several surfaces were sticky. Pros (+) We got off a cruise that morning and wound up coming in *way* early, but were take care of immediately. The suite was two rooms plus bath, and was clean and comfortable. There was a tv in each room, so we didn't disturb each other. Breakfast options were numerous and fresh - very good! The shuttle to the airport was large, clean and fast. Thank You! We will use this hotel again.
Cons (-) The atrium is a large open well like an Embassy Suites, and got a bit noisy during happy hour which could be heard in the first suite room as a dull roar, but the bedroom was very quiet despite this.
Pros (+) Kids were disappointed pool was being renovated and we we're put on a floor with a bunch of renovating as well, but after we were moved to another room and floor stay was fine.
