Pros (+) great location, comfortable stay, clean beds and room, and the fact that breakfast is included (considering covid, its a decent selection of packaged items that are available to grab. chobani yogurt, variety of cereals, oatmeal, prepackaged muffins)
Cons (-) dated alarm clocks could get replaced with modern ones with usb ports that can charge phones/watches/tablets. Also the wall outlets can get updated with ones with USB ports

Pros (+) Likely the nicest hotel available near Joshua Tree. Comparable to a Hampton Inn elsewhere with a decent covid-reduced breakfast layout (chobani yogurt, plenty of cereal options, oatmeal, prepackaged muffins)
