Very attractive looking hotel. Easy walking distance of town and the spa complex. Staff were friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

Parking is a bit of a problem. Could not find a place outside the hotel and so had to pay to use a public car park about ten minutes walk away. Not sure how soundproof the rooms are. Unfortunately had a baby crying in the next room which kept me awake for a lot of the night. Probably just unfortunate though - could happen in any hotel I guess.

Centrally located, resort lake community, large room, charming stay with excellent restaurant and breakfast.

I liked the personal, relaxed, warm but still professional athmosphere, I liked the hotel being small and in a quiet location, still not far from the lakeshore. I liked very much the cleaniness of the facilities. Also the room was surprisingly spacy. As a mother travelling with an infant I was very pleased that I was helped with carrying all the stuff upstairs without asking.

Only thing I did not like was that there was no elevator, but since the staff was so helpful that was not a big problem in the end.

WIFI works great, good laundry service. Breakfast was first class.

Very limited parking at the hotel as well as in the town.
