Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the friendliness of the staff and found the location convenient for their needs, with some mentioning good transport links and easy access to nearby attractions. However, several negative aspects were repeatedly mentioned: cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, insufficient or disappointing breakfast, and problems with air conditioning and gym facilities. While some guests found the value for price reasonable and enjoyed the parking, others felt the hotel did not meet four-star standards and needed renovation. Overall, the positives center on staff service and location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and amenities.
