Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location and scenic views, making it a favorite for families and those seeking relaxation. The pool facilities, including heated pools, were a highlight for many. However, several guests reported issues with slow or unresponsive service, especially from management, and some experienced difficulties with communication and refunds. The lack of reliable WiFi in rooms and occasional cleanliness concerns were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and amenities, particularly for children, contributed positively to guest experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
