Guests praised the hotel's beautiful views, attentive service, spacious rooms, and enjoyable pool and spa facilities. The location was appreciated for its convenience and scenery. However, many guests were disappointed by the poor WiFi quality and found the breakfast lacking in variety and freshness. Some also mentioned issues with room temperature and minor maintenance problems, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding the staff and amenities.
