Free parking and pet... Oh wait no they charge you extra... thanks booking, com
Double chsrged... not just for the room but damage deposit too? Excuse was it was on hold from booking.com? Which is a lie because booking.com does not take deposit! Double charge for room fee i get, but it was human error that i double charged the complete booking not an automated system... No reimbustemt like i was told today? 800$ missing from my bank including an extra 200 deposit... Now i get to go check out! Not to mention the one staff member at night barricaded the door when you go out to walk your dog?!?
The stay was very relaxing in an excellent location. I would have scored higher but the were some areas of the hotel closed during the current medical pandemic.
Close to everything, clean. Could open a window which was great.
Construction right beside the building, they start early.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
There were a few groups of younger people who appeared to either be using the hotel as a flop house or having a graduation party or something there was lots of noise, it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes or marijuana in the rooms. Given that I was under the impression that this was an executive hotel I did not expect that kind of behavior to be going on. Given that covid 19 was a factor I understand that things were not running as normal however I think the wine tasting and breakfast buffet advertising in the elevators should be taken down until the service can be restored.
I with the restaurant was open but considering everything I should've not been surprised :)
