I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. My last stay was comfortable, and everyone at the hotel are always kind and helpful. My negative experience this time was about other guests yelling and making noises at 3 am. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Pros (+) The hotel atmosphere and amenities are great but some of the staff members that I had to deal with on 3/14 and 3/16 were very unprofessional, accusatory and stuck up. The Chinese looking man with eyeglasses working on the evening of 3/14 was not service oriented whatsoever. The day after, he almost ran to tackle the food delivery person that I was waiting to meet in the lobby. There is no lunch or...
Cons (-) Please provide more information for guests, such as maybe manager business cards at the front desk. The guest should not be made to feel like a hostage in the hotel, dependent on a whim of a prejudiced staff member, especially at a brand of this level.

Pros (+) Modern, nice amenities, not so expensive mini bar, great views out the 4th floor windows, and generally comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also quite mindful, which led to a good stay as well. The rooms are pretty spacious. The showers are okay.
