I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. My last stay was comfortable, and everyone at the hotel are always kind and helpful. My negative experience this time was about other guests yelling and making noises at 3 am. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Pros (+) The hotel atmosphere and amenities are great but some of the staff members that I had to deal with on 3/14 and 3/16 were very unprofessional, accusatory and stuck up. The Chinese looking man with eyeglasses working on the evening of 3/14 was not service oriented whatsoever. The day after, he almost ran to tackle the food delivery person that I was waiting to meet in the lobby. There is no lunch or...
