Comfortable and sound proof room, very clean, good bed, good breakfast but was expecting better for 12€/person.
Construction size view, expensive parking (use public Les Palais des Artes parking 100 m away - free of charge from 7 PM to 9 PM) instead.

The location was perfect for driving into town and having a base to walk and explore. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast gave a great choice of foods.
