Location was great, the room was clean, bed so comfy with beautiful bed linen, bathroom was clean with beautiful fluffy towels, Staff were fantastic
The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful, especially Nicholas.
We were a little disappointed that we were asked to pay $20 each to go to the hotels jacuzzi-spa area. We thought for the price of the room it should have included that or if anything should only have charged a nominal fee, not 20 euro a person .
An absolutely beautiful palatial hotel in a brilliant location! The staff from the booking to arrival were so accommodating and friendly and the room was magnificent and made us feel like princesses. This was my third time in Venice and staying here made it the best experience ever! I cannot compliment or recommend this hotel enough! Grazie per Tutti!
I got to say that this hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The staff were very welcoming from our entrance and during our whole stay. Hotel location was easy to get to using water taxi, as the hotel have an entrance into the water canal. Rooms were very stylish and comfortable beds, and nice room amenities. Staff gave us tips to tour Venice, and recommended restaurants to visit, and also made a reservation for us.
Can’t think of any.
The Hotel is in a prime location just near the Rialto, but off the tourist path so stays nice and quiet. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We were given room 314 which was splendid with a claw foot bath! The bed was beyond comfortable and the room itself was an old converted attic so it had a unique feel to it! The Breakfast has a very big selection of foods, especially for Vegans and people who are Gluten Free. All in all it was an extremely comfortable hotel and if I had more time I would have definitely made it to the wellness spa and the gym, but most of our time was spent exploring Venice!
The room definitely needs a writing table and chair, I did find myself a little frustrated at not being able to sit at a desk. Sometimes the hot foods at breakfast were cold, maybe a lid or a container that keeps foods warm would work?
