Good location quite close to Rialto bridge. Access to a shared fridge to keep water cold. Kitchen table and use of microwave and kettle.
The room didn't have air conditioning, and although this was stated, the tiny fan provided did nothing but blow hot air around. The bathroom was very poorly done - the tap had a strange mechanism whereby water was sprayed all over the bathroom with every use. The shower was very low down with no way to hold it higher. Upkeep and cleaning facilities were high additional costs, and we felt that for the high price paid for the accomodation this should have been included. We stayed 3 nights with not even additional toilet paper or anything provided.

I am a simple man, I want three things in the place where I stay. A comfy bed, a nice shower and an internet connection to stay in touch. Giving that WiFi is both a cheap and available technology in 2019 I would not recommend this place.

I really like the place, clean room and nice spacious public area, big kitchen, coffee and tea available, nice shower room. Good and reasonable price for accommodation in a central location close to ferries, local attractions, shops, fish market and restaurants. You can easily find everything what you need for your enjoyable stay on holiday. Staff also very helpful and owner very nice, welcome you on arrival and give you all informations about Venice, good places to eat in reasonable prices and good quality Italian food, general safety in city and how to enjoy your stay there. Definitely I can recommended everyone, good price for single travellers who want to be in central location and do not spent fortune for room.
