A lot went wrong for our one night stay. The door lock didn't work on the original room given to us. Maintenance had to come up and change the battery in the lock. After we got settled in, we noticed a loud rumbling noise. We turned off everything-a/c & TV and it was still there. After 2 calls to the front desk, maintenance showed up again.
