The Bedford Regency offers two on-site restaurants. “The Churchill’ is a cozy watering-hole that serves up delicious west-coast pub fare. Open since 1867, the “Garricks Head” is one of the oldest English-style pubs in Canada, and boasts a selection of almost one hundred craft beers.

The Bedford Regency is located in the heart of downtown Victoria, and is within walking distance of attractions such as the Inner Harbor, the Royal BC Museum, Craigdarroch Castle, Beacon Hill Park, and the Royal London Wax Museum. Pros (+) Old, and in a great location.
Cons (-) The bed was exceptionally hard, and my husband and I are both side sleepers so this was not the best set up for us. Also, all four pillows were just different variations of thin which did not compensate for the firm bed.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. It's a nice looking hotel.
Cons (-) They charge $11/day to park 4 blocks away - wow! They have a small area in front of the hotel to pull your car in to drop bags off. But 2 cabs were parked there when I got there, so I had to walk 4 blocks with my bags, through crowds of people. Ridiculous situation. Also, the bar/restaurant is too small for the hotel.
