Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several guests highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. However, noise from nearby bars and clubs was a common complaint, especially for rooms facing the street or located near the rooftop bar. Room sizes received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them spacious and others feeling cramped. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.

Pros (+) My room 116 was like brand new, A/C is cold, I slept better than at home! Being in the back of the hotel it was quiet. Central to all the shopping and restaurants much more than the hotels near the ferries.
Cons (-) Better directions to the roof top patio
